Lovely welcome from Joe and Maya and the wonderful Angela. Close to all amenities, some good restaurants nearby. Our hosts made us feel so comfortable and relaxed with them. Room was clean and well equipped,we were even offered extra blankets in case it got chilly.
The only drawback to this hotel was all the stairs but that could just be me being lazy.
The rooms were very clean and bedding and towels also brilliant location.
Well where to start on our first night there we were scared to move as it was so called cold see your breathe next morning we went to out are clothes on they felt damp we told the owners who offered us extra quilts which was nice of them we also had to go buy big thick fleece jarmies which still didn't help when we went back down at tea time to tell them there was no way we could sleep in room as was that cold told us nothing thy could do leave are door open asked if we could go in another room and said which were all fully booked which we knew thy weren't as hardly no one was there and thyve never had complaints before which was a lie as when we went to leave a woman said she had complained about the same thing then they told us we had tripped the electric by using are hair dryer ridiculous if you ask me would never stay again both come back full of cold
location free car park
room very small
Demand to pay for parking money up front rude and unpleasant he was
Very friendly people private parking value for money
Overall my stay was enjoyable. The couple were lovely the only thing I was a bit unsure of was handing over my car keys. The service was lovely though and they made us feel welcome. Room was tidy and clean with nice fresh towels
Car park facilities having to hand over my car keys to get other cars in and out
the owners and how much they care about your stay and make sure everything is okay with your room etc
the noisy buggars next door who kept me awake from 5.45am, but hey, its blackpool, i get it!!
When we arrived me and my friend got ready for a night out we nipped out to the shop for some pop and left the music and lights on. We was gone no longer than five minutes and someone went in our room and turned everything off. I found this very inappropriate and therefore felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Owners were nice enough and you get what you pay for. I just don't appreciate someone entering the room I've paid for whilst I'm not there.
Joe the owner very obliging, nothing to much trouble. Landlady also continually asking if we needed anything. Quint little hotel
Tight car parking at rear of hotel, Joe always happy to move cars if needed. Otherwise well worth the money
The owners are lovely and its placed in the perfect area. Quick walk to the shopping area and sea front.
The only fault was a couple of the other people that were also staying. But no fault to the B&B
Loverly hotel with loverly owners will be back great value for money clean and beds we're comfy wat more can u ask for
No bar that's my only critistisism
Warm and friendly staff, good atmosphere
Great location. Close to main attractions and walking distance to those and coach station. Friendly and helpful owners.
Owners / staff very friendly nice and clean and quiet right by everything from the tower town centre and train station
Very hard to say really if I had to pick something it would be all the stairs as we were on top floor but that probably half the reason it was so quiet and we slept so well
got made to feel very welcome , mia was great anything we needed she was more than happy to help , me and my son had a great time and will be going back next year
only thing i didnt like was the long walk to p,beach apart from that evrything else was good
It was within easy walking distance to shops and entertainment centres. Landlady was very pleasant and helpful. At least it was ensuite
Landlord only seemed interested in getting paid soon as we arrived. NO receipt given! Hotel CP round the back was £5 daily. Very derelict looking & dark, wouldn't have liked to walk round at late at night. Room was a small double with a single bed squeezed in at the bottom of the double. Not a family room. No room for cases. Slept with case on bottom of the bed. We were falling over each other. We would have left if we had booked for longer
very clean beds, comfortable. Private parking.
too many stairs to bedroom which was small. An extra charge for parking. No food served - room only.
Good Location for attractions
Poor reception from host not welcoming at all Foul smell in bedrooms from drains Uncomfortable beds, Plastic matress cover creased All the fire doors were wedged open Noisy extractor in bathroom when light was turned on, had no choice but to use it as shaver light didn't work.
The land lady were very friendly and warm, always making it sure that we have everything we need, Its close to the centre and amenities we had a lovely time during our 2 night stay.. my sons loves to play with angela and she's a sweet little girl... Thanks Maya for looking after us and for being understanding...More power to you....
my youngest son accidentally spelt the hot chololate on the duvet cover and towels. he'd sneeze while drinking hot chocolate. I felt bad about it as the landlady had a hard time washing off the stains..but she assured me that its ok its an accident..
Lovely hotel. Lots of character, reasonable prices and close to amenities, clean and child friendly
had to pay before seeing the room. Bed was like a brick, rooms were dark, stuffed animals everywhere. We were told 'don't stay here but I'm not giving you your money back'. Dark upsetting pictures on the walls. Wouldn't stay there
The location Being an en suite room, small but with all we need in it ( apart from enought towels for two and a kettle in good condition)
We stayed for 2 nights and knowone cleanned our room after the first night, not that we needed but we only had 1 bath towel instead of two and it was complicated to share the towel for 2 days The kettle needed to be replaced we didnt dare to make a coffee on it Too noisy The staff, despite not being prepared to print a Receipt when room is being payed, was welcoming but it could be more helpful for example helping the guest guetting to their room We didn't like the fact booking.com gives information different of the hotel like the fact that 50% of the booking was going to be charged before the check in date, and that didn t happened we payed on arrival
bed was very comfy
the shower room was very small and shared with other rooms
the price and location
having to pay for parking onsite
Comfortable room, friendly people couldn't do enough for you. Quiet despite being close to tower.
Would have been nice to have had en suite though was a toilet next door
