Location was very good, right in the heart of the city with easy parking Nothing, maybe try and do some deals, the rooms were a bit pricey for what you got, if they isw a ression, it be worth while doing some great offers, rather then having emty rooms at the weekend

This hotel is very beautiful and convenient. Well situated in the centre. Especially good for tourism. This hotel is very well situated but I found it too noisy : the street, the neighbour's bathroom, the noise from others rooms. Very bad if you want to rest.

The location is excellent, particularly the view from my bedroom across to the Examination Schools Quad. The staff on Reception were very friendly and helpful. The parking was very useful. . Trying to get an evening snack at the bar proved impossible, infact I gave up in the end and went without. Bar staff pretty useless and graceless.

This is a simple, attractive hotel, ideally located to Oxford Center. You can walk to everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. We had to leave some bags for someone else to pick uo and they were wonderful about letting us do so. No extra charges. We would recommend this highly.

The staff at reception, who could not do enough to make make stay enjoyable. Excellent help regarding local knowledge and all staff, without exception were friendly, professional and courteous. They contributed to my wonderful re-visit to Oxford. A special thanks to Michael and Barry.

Central Position, with parking, suitable for our theater trip. Difficult to access - a better street plan with names would have been helpful

We wanted a hotel in central Oxford so that we could visit a theatre near to where one of our daughters works. The Mercure proved ideal - high quality, comfortable and friendly.

Close proximity to the shops, comfortable room - though no city view as promised in my booking of a 'deluxe room with city view' (we actually had a view of the rear car park). The bar / restaurant area was very nice and the valet parking in such a central location was great. No bottled water in the room - a bit much considering the price of the room. I felt the room was overpriced given the basic facilities and lack of view.
