Excellent location just off the high street, helpful friendly staff, very nice breakfast. The hot water in our room was a bit sparse to say the least. |

Ease of access to the centre of Oxford - Good restaurant - Car Parking Thought the room was very small, but then again price wise the cost to the booking was very reasonable |

The size of the bathroom was very good, staff very friendly and helpful It would have been nice if the cooked part of the breakfast was also buffet so that you could chose what you wanted |

yes, because of the location. my son's double room, 209, was very small and the bed was crammed up against the wall. |

We were very happy with our room- comfy bed, space to move about, good sized tv and fabulous bathroom and all just a short walk to the main shopping area and colleges for sightseeing. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a taxi waiting outside to take us to the station and the receptionist seemed to take a really long time to book us out- way too much unnecessary paper work. We are not sure whether she worked slowly on purpose, but with a taxi waiting, she could have been quicker. |

Restauant and bar were pleasant and staff friendly and very helpful . When I needed to stay for a second night although the Eastgate was full they found me a room nearby. The single room I was given was very small with a rather over large TV!! |

The location is very good. Also to have a hotel car park was very important to us. The security of your car keys when given to the reception staff, keys were too easily handed back to you. Needs more control. The reception staff were unfriendly. Also the reception area was at times cluttered with left baggage and pushchairs. The cooked breakfast was cool on cool plates and had obviously been made quite a while a head. The bacon was very bad, rubbery. The staff did not seem to care. Just went through the routine of the job. |

Convienent to city centre for restaurants, night life, shopping, etc. Very good restaurant with friendly staff. Charged for car park. Spaces in car park too cramped. Received a dent to my hired car door while parked overnight which I had to pay the hire company for when returning, reprted to reception. |

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The hotel had a very central position which was perfect for shopping and visiting the colleges. Our room did not have a shower, just a shower attachment on the bath. |

Staff were really helpful and gave that 'little bit extra'. Great little bar area too. Buffet cooked breakfast preferable to it coming from the kitchen. |

Comfortable room, good view Room service did not clear rubbish or clean/replenish tea bar. Reception service was slack and it took all day and two reminders to get room service to complete their job |

I was impressed by the quality of the room and lounge / dining room facilities for the price that I was paying . It was also quiet - I heard no traffic and few noises from other guests |
