My wife&I found Eastleigh very quiet, due in no small part to the strict quiet rules they have posted all around the hotel. We found the room lovely&clean, very nicely (newly decorated), very well stocked with towels, toileties (small&large) disposible shower caps. A very good selection of hot drinks for you in the room, if you ran out more was availible at reception for you to help yourself. Full English Breakfast was excellent. The only down side was poor parking facilities, it was limited, but there is a pay and display very close by.

Stayed for 3 nights and the family who run the hotel couldn't do enough for us. The room was excellent, as was the breakfast. A nice touch was the complimentary goodies in the room, i.e. body wash, eye make up remover and pads and shower gel. Also a hairdryer. There was also the use of an iron and ironing board should you need it. We would definitely stay there again.

I was really pleased with the hotel's room. It was very clean and to a high standard. It is situated right in Skegness centre so was only a short to all the shops and arcades. The staff was very lovely and made us feel very welcome

The owners Clare and Gary are very friendly and efficient and go out of their way to help their guests. The hotel has a "quiet" policy which is good as you do not get disturbed during the night with people coming back and waking you up. It was ideal for me for business to get on with work in my room - there is free wifi and lots of power points for laptops etc. The breakfast is excellent with many options. I have stayed there twice now and would definitely book there again if I have to stay in Skegness again.

Friendliness of Owners, Very Quiet Hotel even as was Full. The Decor of the room and hotel was very nice and clean. Unfortunately this Hotel was small, and climbing stairs is a must. Guests must be able to climb without problems, otherwise this hotel is not for you. Parking is not ideal, but other options are available, do not use the pay and Display Car Park, as you will use all of your holiday money on it.

A very friendly welcome. Very big emphasis put on the idea that it was a family hotel and you must be quiet. There were signs everywhere and we were told a fair few times on our arrival.

Helpful and friendly owners. Abundance of toiletries. Hairdrier provided. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Plus, although we didn't do it, they allowed take away food in the rooms or breakfast area and even provided. plates and cutlery.

Although ours was only a weekend break we were sad to leave and would have loved to have stayed longer as we felt relaxed and comfortable at the Royal whilst we were also enjoying what Skegness had to offer.” Susan, Tamworth, staffs |
