In a 17th-century building, the charming Holiday Inn Ashford Central is a mile from Ashford centre, and a 10-minute drive from Ashford International Station. There is free parking and a restaurant.

You can't go wrong with the natural beauty of the Manor, its fields, swimming pools and spa - these definitely score a solid 9 out of 10. It's all you can wish for a relaxed countryside escape. Extremely attentive staff.
I felt like there was space for improvement in the suite - little touch ups which were needed. Nothing that will put you off or even ruin the stay - just enough to affect the overall score of the most attentive ones.

Friendliness of all the staff we met. Lovely setting and location of this beautiful Manor House.
Nothing we didn't like.
Loved the manor and the grounds; was so peaceful. Liked the use of the facilities at The Pavilion, especially after checking out of the room. The dinner in the Manor Restaurant was absolutely exquisite and breakfast was just as good! Majority of staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was much more basic than I thought it would be, considering it cost £185 for one night. There were complimentary bottles of water, a bowl of fruit, small decanters of wine and sherry, but the room was very basic. The cleanliness of the room wasn't great and neither was the shower. All in all though, the only negatives were to do with the room which we spent very little time in!
golf course, tennis court, outdoor pool, spa and indoor pool, breakfast menu, comfort of the mews cottages, great attitude of all staff.
Every thing about Eastwell Manor, from when we arrived until we departed.
Everything. It was beautiful and had a wonderful ambience. People were kind and welcoming and nothing was stinted.
The spa was very good and the grounds .. The food was expensive but very good.
I didn't like the rooms in the outbuildings so much.... Carpets were rather worn and dirty and carpet needed hoovering . I found the staff not overly polite or that helpful !
The cottages are very homely. Friendly staff and the most beautiful location. Fabulous spa and pool.
Great, quickly after Eurotunnel, at the start of a trip through uk wonderful property, with nice golf, huge piscine, atmospheric cocktail and dining halls
Our room was in the mews, which came as a surprise; maybe I did not read the booking.com presentation well; but room, with separate living/dining room, wa excellent (luckily nobody in the second bedroom...)
We had a lovely relaxing break staying in the mews cottages which were lovely. It Beautiful grounds here and we were lucky with the weather on our stay so we were able to fully enjoy the outside.we had a pins afternoon tea which was very yummy in a nice sitting room style setting the staff were very friendly and attentive on arrival. The pool was amazing it was very large had A jacuzzi pool and a smaller round pool that also had a bubble button so was like a large jacuzzi and there were steam rooms too, we had it to ourselves so we were very lucky! Would definitely visit again! The location is Very near the Ashford outlet which was nice for something to do during the day :) we left feeling refreshed!
Although the staff were very friendly on arriving at the hotel we had booked afternoon tea and after checking in they suggested having the afternoon tea before we were shown to our room and around which was nice. But then we were left and forgotten about and waited half an hour for the menus to arrive as they said they would so we finally got the attention of the only waiter who was very apologetic and our menus came promptly. In our package breakfast was included which you could have between 7-10am we arrived for 9am and again we were shown to our table but then they seemed to forget we were there after 20minutes we had to ask for teas and coffees then once that was brought over we were able to order and there wasn't much left what so ever not even bowls on the buffet table for cereal so again we had to ask. Apart from that we had a very enjoyable stay at eastwell manor and next time we know to arrive earlier for the breakfast.
We love coming here because of the facilities the outdoor pool is amazing and enjoy playing on the nine hole golf course .
On one occasion when we brought my mum and dad to stay we had no hot water in our cottage which was a real disappointment as we wanted to show this place of to them, my father was not impressed .
gps took us to a gate that was locked and had no means of communicating with the hotel
Staff and food lovely. Location and setting beautiful .
Rooms in the cottage a bit tied and very warm as no air conditioning.
absaloutly LOVED everything else!! We had an amazing time
Being ripped off at the spa. There was a poster in the changing room showing a £20 off offer on a treatment which I had, but paid for before I knew of the offer. I did point this out to the manager of the spa, but she did not offer my money to be refunded. As I had spent over £140 on treatments,I feel this was bad practise not to offer money to be returned and left me with a bad feeling.
Attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful house and gardens in glorious rural setting. Being able to swim outdoors before Saturday evening dinner and also, Sunday morning breakfast.
Cottage Mews accommodation a little scruffy and tired. Our cottage hadn't been aired before our arrival and was therefore quite smelly with many cobwebs and live/dead spiders.
Use of swimming pool. Walks around grounds.
A group of 5 of us had afternoon tea before my wife and I stayed overnight. Beautiful setting, great staff and relaxing pool, sauna and steam room, made for a superb weekend.
Our only moan would be the bar prices. £16 for a southern comfort and lemonade and a red wine is a bit steep.
The cottage, a home from home. The gardens, full of scented flowers & the largest wisteria I've ever seen. The spa, quiet & very relaxing. Planning to go back again for those all important recharge the batteries weekends.
Spa, food, lovely grounds, helpful, staff, outdoor pool fantastic, Spacious cottages, loads of room.
Queuing for breakfast on 2 day and long wait for table as dining room full. Decor in cottages a bit tired.
It is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food excellent.
The grounds and the restaurant were excellent, everything else very good.
I was only there one night
We stayed in one of the Mews cottages, Ivy Cottage. So, for the price of double room, you get an entire cottage with sofa, chairs, kitchenette, telly, DVD player and so on. Throw in an inclusive, exquisite breakfast in the manor house dining room and the experience is complete. The main restaurant is a two AA rosette dining experience if you want it. Otherwise you can opt for the less formal Pavilion restaurant which offer good food at very affordable prices (£18 for fillet steak for example). This hotel is one of our favorites, great value for money, beautiful location and setting.
Spa, grounds and cottage were excellent.
Cottage not particularly clean, we had to ask for bathrobes, staff were rude and uninterested at reception, the bar was unmanned in the main building, our room wasn't ready by check in time and staff were most unapologetic. The saving grace was the manor itself and the grounds. My partner and I both agreed it was a lovely hotel run badly.
