We liked the fact that the hotel was right opposite The Thistle hotel as we were attending a wedding there that evening. The car park opposite made it easy and cheap for us to park in a central location. We booked a twin room as it gave us more space for the same price as a double room. As we were leaving at 6.30am the next day we didn't see the point in spending too much on a hotel that night. We didn't like the fact that you had to pay to use the television. The beds were also very small- they could be a bit longer. The room did not offer any coffee or tea facilities.

you can choose what you pay for: for wi-fi, for TV, for extra space, or just to sleep in a cheap small, but still clean and nice room could be not really comfortable for a long-term staying

Clean room Simple, but just what we needed. Good, location We got back on the 2nd night at about 1am to be met in the lobby and to find our bags packed because the hotel had gone into administration!! We had to find another hotel for the 2nd night. Not happy, especially since we had prepaid for both nights, and haven't got the money back! Disgusted at how they can request prepayments if they know things are going bad financially.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were worse than prison cells, and the bright orange doors and sinks!!!!! Also, my stay was interrupted by the fact that the hotel went of business on my second day and I had to find alternative accomodation!!! - I will be seeking a FULL refund!

The cleanliness of the room. The price. Friendliness of the reception staff. Having to pay for extras such as tv and wifi. Availability of breakfast would have been welcome.

Nice shower Friendly staff 1. The noisy air-conditioning fan. Worst in the 2nd floor, tolerable on the 4th floor. I did not sleep well on the 2nd floor (room 236), which riuned my concentration and social life at the meeting the next day. 2. Could we have small shelves, or fold-out tables, please?

The location, and the shower was good. The room was far too small not much places to put your clothes. Not any facilities you would expect ,like a hair dryer, kettlefor tea .Bathroom rather on the small side.

I liked how central the hotel was. Compared to the other hotels in Glasgow at that time it was the cheapest. I didn't like that there was staff who didn't speak English. Given that I had an issue and turned to a member of staff who couldn't understand a word I was saying was fairly irritating. The layout was a bit confusing. It was quite difficult to find your way back to reception.

I did not like much about the hotel the bed linen was clean They make I pay for a remote. Wifi is not free. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was no window in my small double room. The toilet and bath were really small it was like an airplane bath both facilities were cramped together. I have stayed at other places for same money but at least for a small double I expected better.
