Kind personal Quiet location Near to the railway

My room was next to the bathroom. When someone used the water or the toilet in the bathroom ist was very loud in my room. They often used the water around 11.30pm. My room was above the boiler, so it was always very warm In the room.

Lovely room great breakfast choice of medium or large.

A nice Guest House and well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient for Southampton Central station.

near to railway station, Westquay ferry terminal and city centre shops! Car parking!

My stay was only for one night, and was up early on Sunday, 6.00am, to catch Ferry to Isle of Wight - so was unable to taste the breakfast!

The breakfast was tasty and delicious. Nice warm rooms Steve was very informative about where I can get the bus, local 24 hour grocery shop and local train station.

Did not have enough parking although I was able to park on the road and had no problems.

Very friendly and helpful. The rom was lovely and clean and, although small, had everything you could need. Breakfast was great.

Our room was very hot so we had to sleep with the window open.

The double bedroom was small but cleverly set up. The en suite was very narrow over the width of the room but again thought had been put into the set up. Everything functioned. Good bed/bedding. Excellent towels. Very clean. Everyone very friendly.

Very warm so we had the window open (but of course it's better than cold). Everything looked a bit dated, especially the doors (and the bedroom door rattled in the wind during the night). Breakfast was excellent but the bacon and the sausage could have been more crisp. Parking was narrow but manageable. We thought the price (£70) was a bit steep for such a small room and if we had actually booked the double room we stayed in (instead of a twin) it would have been even more expensive.

i had a double room which was corner room when i ordered single pleanty of space for me great price .

I had to move tv to larger table as the table was much lower than the bed. I asumed flat screen though these days parking a problem as not enough spaces for max guests had to move car to onroad single yellow. no shampoo in bathroom

Breakfast was fabulous worth the money just for that!!!

The shower in my room was only accessible by clambering over the toilet - not safe when getting out of the shower.

I suppose the rooms were a bit small, if I had to nit-pick, but I had a lovely stay!!

The calm, the atmosphere of the place (very British!), the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the sympathy and professionalism of the staff.

It was good value for money, staff couldn't do enough for you, very clean, would definatly stay again, thank you.

Nothing, it was a pleasant experience

My single room was very comfortable and more spacious than other single rooms I have been in. The light over the bed was in a good position and good to read by.

Iwas slightly surprised that I had to hold the kettle down when it was on as otherwise it stopped working. I have reported this so it has probably been dealt with now. The TV was fixed at a very low volume so that I had to hold my breath to hear it. I gave up.
