Efficient and helpful bar/hotel manager; comfortable room. I was able to park my car outside the hotel, although I would have been limited to 1 hour's parking if during a weekday. Only a short walk from the hotel into the city centre. Some fixtures and fittings in the shower room were old and tired or broken, but these were relatively minor. |

Good location, given the best rooms available free of charge as they were empty, helpful polite staff whose manner is pitched exaclty right, showing good skills and training in customer service industry. |

The Eaton Hotel was exceptionally good value - my room was comfortable (although shower didn't work very well). Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very rfriendly and helpful. |

The staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Food was well cooked and nicely presented with plenty of choice. Beds were comfortable with crisp clean linen Shower worked well and was really warm. Very near the railway station and excellent location and short walk to shopping centre |

Staff were friendly The room was very dated and needed some tlc. The television didnt work and there was no information in the room about breakfast times etc hence us coming downstairs at 10.10 to find breakfast stopped at 10.00. :-(( |

It easy to find the hotel from chester station. Staff was excellent. The room was clean and warm. I want to use this hotel again next time. |

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating of my requirements. They made every effort to ensure that may stay was one to remember - definitely one which will be repeated due to it's convenient and prime location. |

It was very close indeed to my New Year's Eve venue and saved using any taxis. Problems all the way; we moved rooms when we got there as doorknob was loose and wouldn't lock, the toilet in the new room wasn't flushing, the smoke alarm cover was off and bare wires were showing, the radiator thermostat tap was damaged and wasn't working so we couldn't turn the heat down, my partner's vegetarian breakfast wasn't available. |

Location was excellent. I had taken my own personal towel and this was removed by housekeeping. When I informed reception he promised to ask about it but when I asked the next morning he still hadn't done anything about it although he did promise to look into it again. Also, the hotel didn't appear to be that busy and we were put in a room right next door to another occupied room and could hear everything! |
