Score from 393 reviews Good
the bathroom was too narrow and difficult to use.the staff was not friendly but rude.lack of a lift-we had to carry our luggage ourselves up to the third floor.it didn't worth the amount of money paid.
Bathroom was too narrow which made using the toilet extremely difficult
Location was good and price good
The comfort of the bed
The stay was great
First impression at the reception is unexpected and disappointed. Did not feel welcome at your hotel. Only the one particular staff. The rest of the staff were fine and friendly The shower room is way too small. I'm a medium build and I found it hard to move about inside the shower too
No hot water from tap and shower not hot enough
3 minutes walk from coach station Clean rooms Half hour walk from London eye and all local attractions
Don't have breakfast. Wifi is paid.
Location, double room with private bathroom. Fresh lining and clean.
The bed comfort depends on the person. I liked it but my partner didn't.
Great location for underground and walking. We done a lot of sighting without having to use the tube.
I work in Holborn, central London twice a week and so far this has been my most pleasant stay. Despite this hotel being furthest away from my place of work compared to my previous stays, the easy commute was completely worth it. Beautifully clean hotel as well as the room, with a fresh modern look that isn't pedantic but tasteful. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower and some great pubs and bars are a short walk away. Loved it, highly recommended!
No lift!!! Very small bedroom!! No breakfast!!!
Really close to Victoria station. My room was very clean and tidy although quite small.
Approx an hour walk each way to london eye/sealife/dungens. Nearest parking was extremely expensive.. £42 for 24 hrs and £12 for an additional 2 hours
Comfortable bed. Reasonable price
We stayed in the last floor, in a small "double" ensuite room. No lift, so if you are carrying luggage or are handicapped bear in mind. Cleaning was another issue, not for me, but for my partner. Blankets and sheets with hair of previous guests. If you don't mind this and want to spend a night or maybe two, no problem.
The main reason was location, close to Victoria station and the centre.
Pretty cold in room in March, but only for the first two days ))
Location near Victoria station for travelers arrived from Gatwick, more service and cleanness than in many other hotels in the center, Belgravia district is a lovely place, stable Wi-Fi
location is good,
climbing three floors. Wifi is restricted to only one device. No wake up call service.
No 24-hour reception as they claimed; a very very very small single room, extremely crowded, can't stand still; it is not worth 75 pounds a night, 35 pounds may be acceptable;
The only thing that comforts me is the convinent location.
No frills but clean and tidy. All we needed was a bed for the night with no breakfast. Triple room with private bathroom. Just the job. 10min walk from Victoria Sation.
Smoky room from down stairs. Walls thin doors slamming room scruffy
Location and price but you get what you pay for it suppose.
Close to Victoria station
Too many stairs. Room very small. Paid wifi.
Bed was really uncomfortable. The toilet had malfunctioning light and weird smell. Staff was ok.
I was not able to pay wit my MasterCard because both of their Credit Card Terminals were not working instead of excuse I was offended of not having money in my accounts. (I tried 2 Cards from different Banks) so at the end I had to go to ATM and pay with cash. Toilet was leaking.
Climbing 4 floors for room
TOO SMALL ROOMS , FEEL NOT COMFORTABLE .
Hotel was in good location, what i wanted , staff nice .
