The area was not too busy and the staff were very helpful The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows smelt of burnt rubber. The only mirror was in the bathroom away from the socket. No chest of drawers. |

It is close to the Victoria station, so you can travel from Gatwich Airport with directly train to Victoria station. You can travel around both with the underground and with different buses from Victoria coach station. The warm water container is too small to shower for so many people. who have to share the bathroom at the corridor with 5 rooms. The room are very small and simply decorated if you look at the price to stay for a week. You have to pay 3pound pr. suitcase if you want to leave your luggage for some hour before you leave. The Television hang out from the wall in plugged. It was very unsafe. |

Hotel is very basic, and rooms could do with a paint and a bit of up grading, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Great location, near to everything, good cafes close for breakfast/lunch etc also close to Victoria Station. Good place to stay if your going to an event/gig but would not recommend for a romantic weekend! |

One of the receptionists was abrupt, not welcoming at all. I was charged £2 for paying by debit card which I queried as it was not a credit card. Receptionist was v unhelpful. Room was tiny. Ensuite facilities were a joke - smaller than in a caravan! |

The location (near the centre in a good and quiet area). The price of the stay was inexpensive. The facilities were poor. The TV did not work properly. The shower was very hard to balance (between hot and cold water). Construction was being carried out next door. |

Excellent position, low price. Good bed. Very basic room. Very small, with the television on a chair. The bathroom was unusable from me (I'm 2.00m high) and it was like a tiny closet. Separate taps for hold and cold water on the water sink. |

despite not having an on suite room, the bathroom we used was purely just for the use of our room. the hotel was in a quiet location, however it was within easy reach of the whole of london and the rest of the uk. |

We checked in after 11pm. There was luckily still a receptionist on duty. Then he told us that we have been upgraded to a better room, which required 5 min. of walking. The upgraded room was very nice and confortable, especially for the price. One problem, the room was not fully equipped, there were glasses lacking for example. But bed and bathroom were excellent, in a 1A location. |

Location, conveinient and close to Victoria station and the theatres The fact that the web page doea not mention that the hotel is spread across several buildings along Ebury street. Window in the room was held open by what looked like a piece of rotten frame, we didn't want to shut it. |

What you see is what you get, it's cheap, cheerful and clean. It doesn't do breakfast but it has a discount deal with two local cafes. It's very well situated for a London trip. |
