The bed which was comfortable to sleep in.
Room was not sound proof. We can hear people talking and coughing from outside the window. Bed side lamp was not working. The second night, no lights in the room all night.
Location of hotel was great, room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a room for three with one double bed and one single bed.
Room was very small for three but I guess all hotel rooms in London are small. The shower had only boiling hot or freezing cold water, there was no intermediate temperature which made it difficult to shower. There was also no hair dryer in the room.
I stayed here 1 night with my granddaughter. The staff were polite, the room was well maintained, spotless & modern. The beds were comfortable and it's very quiet. Was also a great location. Would highly recommend.
I liked that it was close to transport It was in a busy area but a very nice quiet street. I was upgraded to an apartment which was really big and can recommend for families as it was really comfortable. Collin House is in a lovely street wish I had, had more time to enjoy it but was only there one night.
Nothing I didn't like.
Close to London centre
Small room shower very unsafe small toilets well a disaster a poor costumer service
Location; I was allowed to check in very early (at noon instead of 2 pm)
My room was underground; no wi fi available; no breakfast served; the room is very small; bad value for money in general
very near to Victoria Coach Station.
Toilet is bit dirty due to late cleaning but we managed.
Cozy, fantastic location and helpful staff
Despite my "dislikes", this is a fairly reasonable place for people on a tight budget given its location and price.
Hotel staff (on second day) were extremely, and unnecessarily rude. "En-suite" was very new but tiny, hard to turn around in, but for the price, okay (although not cleaned while we were there). Rest of room was pretty run down and depressing.
Close to Victoria central bus station. Good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Convenience store nearby. Room basic but ok.
Our room was facing the street so a little noisy. We had fans in the room but it was still a bit warm.
we got upgraded to a big apartment instead of two separate rooms (2+3 persons). That was a nice suprise.
The room was quite small but tiny and clean, while the bathroom was really small but it was ok for what we need. The staff is kind and the position is perfect
the bathroom too small no free wifi
Room Facilities Communal toilet and shower 5 flights of stairs away from the room Bed was too short for me and I'm only 5'11"
Secure, safe location and good for longer stays
This is a great place for a couple if days in London. We had a twin room, it was tiny but if u only sleep there then it's Ok. The location was fantastic and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
The bathroom was tiny....bit of a struggle for someone 180cm
We were upgraded to a family room, had a lovely view onto the main road. Yeah there was some noise however this did not bother us at all. Room size was great, beds were comfy, great sleep. Staff great. Location fantastic, just round the corner from Victoria bus station. Would come back again.
Some areas of cleaning could be upgraded however we knew we were coming to a basic hotel and did not bother us to much.
How could they advertise a family room with 4 beds, and then give us a single room crammed with 4 beds? It's unfair to deceive unsuspecting guests.
clean room comfy bed
minute bathroom facilities cramped room
Location is very good, near Victoria station. Room facilities are fine, they offer microwave, refrigerator, TV and extra blanket.
They don't have a lift, not good for people carrying heavy stuff. They have wifi for each room but have to buy password, £5/1day, £8/2days, and only acces for one device which means if your laptop logged in then your mobile can't. So inconvenient!!!
It was easy to find and just around the corner from Victoria. I was also able to leave my case whilst I went for my meeting. The location was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The tiny en-suite with inadequate ventilation meant I had to use it with the door open. This was supposed to be a twin room so that option would not have been possible if I had been sharing. The shower heat setting was impossible to regulate and was scalding, and the water did not drain so I had to make my shower very brief before the water overflowed the shower tray. I am a size 18 and had some difficulty getting into the shower cubicle. There was no desk to work at and no seat, so I had trouble preparing the material for my meeting the next day. I had to lie on one of the beds to watch the TV, which was fixed high on the wall, probably difficult to see from the other bed. The walls were very thin, and even though the surrounding area was quiet, the hotel was not! I could hear the other guests using the loo, and if I had understood the language they were speaking, I could have followed everything they were saying to each other. No doubt they heard me snoring all night too! I was also disappointed not to get breakfast. Last time I stayed in London a few weeks ago, I paid the same price and had a desk and breakfast.
we got free upgrade for a flat. very good
Only the location and the people who worked at the reception.
The fact that the room was very small and that it was too expensive for its facilities.
All rooms and facilities are good.
Central location. Clean beds . Nice staff. Safe and secure atmosphere . Basic but needs to be streamlined.
Very smelly bathroom . Too much clutter in the little space in the bedroom. Very dodgy wall light .
Price was excellent along with the location. An easy walk to Victoria tube station and 10 minutes from Buckingham palace
We are all 6ft and the room was snug to say the least. But it was clean and served a purpose.
