Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Victoria station and all the main tourist attraction. The bed was one of the most comfortable i ever slept in which was great after a long day walking around seeing the sights. My Wife and I will most definitely be staying in Collin House on our next visit to London.
We turned up thinking we were going to have this small room between 6 of us, but we had a whole appartment / house to ourselves, really nice and really modern. Next time I go back I am booking here. Great value especially for a Saturday night.
Where would you like me to start
The location was excellent, staff polite.
NO hot water on Sunday morning at all. Side of shower base could do with a cloth being wiped over floor.
poor facilities, no milk for tea or coffee, bed not made, cups not washed , no microwave, no breakfast, small room and shower
This hotel was close to Victoria Station which was what we required in this instance. The room was clean and adequate for a night or two.The breakfast was also adequate. There are no frills with this place but provided all we needed.
I wouldn't choose to stay here for longer than a night or two. There was nothing really wrong with the place but if staying for longer I would require a bit more room and comfort.
Location and price but remember the hotel does not provide a food service.
Cold room due to broken heater. TV had no BBC reception. Didn't have time to complain as was so busy at several business meetings but hopefully management will see this report as these items must be addressed.
The room is quite clean and tidy, the facilities are complete. Microwave oven, fridge, kettle, bowl and plate. Quite considerable! It's also very close to the Victoria train station and the coach station, about 5-8 minutes walk.
The stairs are too narrow
Great location, a minute away from local shops/cafe's and only a short walking distance to victoria coach/station/tube links. Room was clean/comfy. Extra blankets/heater provided.
Room would have been better if there was carpet. Bathroom extractor fan in the night made too much noise.
WC on the first floor, room on the fourth
The location is excellent being just around the corner from the coach station! The room was clean, beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets although the room was warm enough with no heating on, at the end of September.
Room 2 in Ebury House, next door to reception, had no hot water in shower @ 0830. All hotels should have continuous hot water.
The bed which was comfortable to sleep in.
Room was not sound proof. We can hear people talking and coughing from outside the window. Bed side lamp was not working. The second night, no lights in the room all night.
Location of hotel was great, room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a room for three with one double bed and one single bed.
Room was very small for three but I guess all hotel rooms in London are small. The shower had only boiling hot or freezing cold water, there was no intermediate temperature which made it difficult to shower. There was also no hair dryer in the room.
I stayed here 1 night with my granddaughter. The staff were polite, the room was well maintained, spotless & modern. The beds were comfortable and it's very quiet. Was also a great location. Would highly recommend.
I liked that it was close to transport It was in a busy area but a very nice quiet street. I was upgraded to an apartment which was really big and can recommend for families as it was really comfortable. Collin House is in a lovely street wish I had, had more time to enjoy it but was only there one night.
Nothing I didn't like.
Close to London centre
Small room shower very unsafe small toilets well a disaster a poor costumer service
Location; I was allowed to check in very early (at noon instead of 2 pm)
My room was underground; no wi fi available; no breakfast served; the room is very small; bad value for money in general
very near to Victoria Coach Station.
Toilet is bit dirty due to late cleaning but we managed.
Cozy, fantastic location and helpful staff
Despite my "dislikes", this is a fairly reasonable place for people on a tight budget given its location and price.
Hotel staff (on second day) were extremely, and unnecessarily rude. "En-suite" was very new but tiny, hard to turn around in, but for the price, okay (although not cleaned while we were there). Rest of room was pretty run down and depressing.
Close to Victoria central bus station. Good restaurants within 5 minute walk. Convenience store nearby. Room basic but ok.
Our room was facing the street so a little noisy. We had fans in the room but it was still a bit warm.
we got upgraded to a big apartment instead of two separate rooms (2+3 persons). That was a nice suprise.
The room was quite small but tiny and clean, while the bathroom was really small but it was ok for what we need. The staff is kind and the position is perfect
the bathroom too small no free wifi
Room Facilities Communal toilet and shower 5 flights of stairs away from the room Bed was too short for me and I'm only 5'11"
