Очень удобное расположение. Комната маленькая. На 1 кв.метре размещены душ и саузел - ну уж слишком тесно, но горячая вода присутствовала, отопление электрообогревателями тоже. Чайник, чай, кофе, сахар - каждый день.

Отзывчивость и приветливость персонала! Соотношение цены и места расположения отеля. И прочее: возможность выхода в интернет, наличие раковины в номере, чистота. Было действительно комфортно.

Очень милый маленький отель с общим душем и небольшими, но очень уютными и чистыми номерами. Идеальный вариант для путешественников без особых запросов (в качестве варианта "переночевать пару ночей в центре Лондона за смешные деньги" вполне приемлемый вариант).

very good location!!!

I booked a single basic room for 2 nights, however stayed only 1 night. The room wasn't really a room, it was more like a storage room with with one single bed in it. I could't even walk in with my suitcase a close the door. So a required another room, i was offered a single room with own bathroom, at extra cost, but than again, the room was cold, no central heating, with only small eletric heater in a corner, which doesnt really help overnight, because u cant have it on all night. The room was next to the reception, so u dont get much sleep due to noisy guests checking out early in the morning. The staff in the morning didnt bother about my complains. The whole stay was just nightmare, and cost me twice as much.

Simply the good location in the city center a transport.

It was conveniently situated for access to Victoria railway station and bus routes. Good value for money in that area.

The location of the hotel was its main appeal, as it was in a good vacinity of theatres, shops and bars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room was much smaller than anticipated. We booked an en-suite room, however I would have expected a seperate shower room with sink and toilet. Only the toilet was seperate. Both shower and sink were in the main room. Having said that, the hotel was sufficient enough for our stay - only one night. I would recommend it for an overnight stay or weekend break, I wouldn't recommend it for a weeks break or longer.

Staff very friendly, great location and cheap!

Really small basic room (stayed in number 16) but clean, shower was 3 floors above but we only stayed one night so we showered before we got there and used sink in the room for wash in the morning. Toilet was also 3 floors above so not ideal but for the money you can deal with it.

Location, value for money, allows for a cheap night out in London. Clean linen. Chucking out time is 10:30 hrs so you have a reasonable time to sleep in / sober up.

Someone tried to get into the room (but locked from inside) at 01:30 hrs. Genuine mistake???????

Good location for this cheap hotel. There is free internet groundfloor (~15 mn per day) which is very convenient for emails and other booking.

There is only one shower and bathroom at first floor. In my room (third floor) there were no shower or bathroom.

Very near Victoria station, cheap. There is good restaurant near the house.

The fan didn't sufficiently work, so we can't dry our wet clothes. The floor which was in front of bath room was always wet.

I did not like my stay at all, with a share bathroom with 3 other rooms where the door did not shut, the floor was dirty, dirty bath mat. In the bedroom no plug in basin, drew curtains back broken pane of glass stuffed up with cardboard and jagged glass.

i did not like stay in your hotel and feel to charge £65 for the conditions i had to put up with was very wrong.

excellent location and very clean, great value for money

Breakfast facilities would have been great, however we understand that the hotel is very small, making this close to impossible. The only disappointment was that no wardrobes or cupboards were available in x4 and x5 rooms, so we had to live out of a suitcase (a bit uncomfortable in such a small room)
