Holiday Inn Express Bedford    

The room was very clean and had everything you could need. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I couldn't fault them.

In our room you couldn't move the shower head up and down and there wasn't a fan in the bathroom.

The location is excellent for visiting our daughter's family. This time I managed to get a good discount on line too.

In the room we found an old fruit shoot bottle behind the sofa that was not ours ... cleaning less than perfect there! At breakfast we would have really liked bacon and the orange juice was very over-concentrated.

I would recommend Holiday Inn Express Elstow to friends and family, its situated near the city centre, it has later check out and staff are approachable and friendly.

We had booked for a sofa bed room with daughter (18) but the double room was for only double occupancy. As we were only staying for two nights on arrival, not the booked three nights, the manager arranged for daughter to have an adjoining room for her sole occupancy at no extra cost, given the payment made was for three nights. The service as usual was excellent, in all areas, and this is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express

I needed to check in earlier than than the normal time, due to attending a wedding, the staff were very helpful, and a room was ready for us.

Friendly service, simple easy layout, room was very nice and comfortable.

Smaller selection of evening food at weekend but staff were very helpful in finding other options for us.

Comfortable room including the bed. Adequate breakfast. Dining room had pleasant outlook. Good position for access to motorway system and for quick access to Bedford.

Only one comment. Lovely hot breakfast items but COLD PLATES!!

The member of staff when I arrived Sat evening - long blond hair in a pony tail - was very pleasent - helpful & professional. I was visiting my big bruv who's wheelchair bound. It was very easy for him also. Thanks.

My sat nav didn't register the new roads so had great problem finding my way 'home' to Holiday Inn at night. Think that's my sat nav's problem not yours!

Good value for money - clean and well designed. Very good staff. The bathroom/toilet layout was really good.

The mattress was too soft and not so comfortable and had I not been so tired I might not have slept properly.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean and a good place to relax. It was very easy to find from the M1 motorway which was good for us as we arrived late in the evening. A good place to stay if you are travelling by car. I would definitely stay here again.

You would likely need a car to go anywhere in the surrounding area, apart from the nearby services station which is in walking distance.

The hotel was modern and clean with every convenience we needed for our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful and very approachable. Breakfast was very good and set us up for the day. It was easy to find and close to the town centre.

Old-style television combine with poor selection of channels and poor quality picture. Quite a lot of noise from nearby railway despite secondary double glazing. Probably only an issue in rooms facing the line.

Hard to find with Sat Nav as it takes you round the corner to Moavito....could have a sign somewhere close by to help

Quiet, comfortable room.

The air conditioning took a while to warm the room up despite increasing the setting. There may have been a draught through the albeit double glazed windows, This was not a major issue

Handy location for a visit to the BBC east sports awards at the University of bedforf

Having stayed a few times now. The rooms are comfortable and have good facilities. Staff are always polite.
