It was close by the train station which is also where we had to pick up our coach for our foreward journey. Breakfast was between reasonable hours. They advertised a trouser press and there wasn't one. |

Very efficient friendly, helpful staff, clean, reasonably modern. Pillows too hard - need to be softer. No free parking for the car - not advised up front (I think) that parking costs are extra. |

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was professionally managed. My room was very clean and quiet and the bed was most comfortable Breakfast was good but I prefer tea from a teapot and not a machine. |

Convenience for city sights. Very comfortable bed. Friendly welcome from reception staff. The breakfast coffee was a little rough. Upgrading slightly would make the experience better. |

Clean comfortable hotel and the staff were very pleasant. Good location right opposite Temple Meads train station within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Traffic noise was quite bad and you could hear other guests in rooms next door, coughing or talking etc. |
