friendly reception had to wait 15 minutes to be served a drink at the bar from a very poor selection. The room had a very unpleasant smell. Very noisy. We were woken twice by other guests arriving late.

The fact there were no frills in the bathroom i.e.shampoo etc. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Problem with drains was sorted very quickly - odd job man was courteous and friendly. Proximity to train station/city centre and local buses A bit noisy till late - on the road below the room.

Great location, right opposite train station and easy walk to city centre. Rooms are a decent size, clean, comfy bed. I think £119 for one night is definitely overpriced for quite basic accommodation, however we did book at short notice and it was a bank holiday weekend. Would try book further in advance for cheaper rates.

modern, clean room, spacious, fairly quiet. staff was pleasant clean, almost sterile too expensive for what you get. much better value at non-chain hotels. hot breakfast was not very good. close to train station but a walk from anything interesting to see in Leeds

My friend and I were sharing a room and had explicitly booked a twin bedroom. We were given a double room with an I credibly uncomfortable fold out camping bed as the 2nd bed.

The maitenance man came very quickly to unblock our shower. The smell of drains pervade the corridor of Floor 5 Breakfast was DISGUSTING with powdered scrambled egg, economy sausages, horrible cheap orange & apple juices, cheap synthetic yogurts & not enough fresh fruit . A big fat ZERO.

The location was just right for getting around the city. I was with my adult granddaughter and we had a most enjoyable few days. Your staff were kind enough to keep our bags after checkout so that we could visit the Aquarium etc before catching our train nothing

Location Inhelpful staff, when we asked for additional pillows we received a ridiculous explanation, that they had 99 beds and didn't have 600 pillows a simple polite decline of our request would have sufficed, that staff member needed training in sustomer relations. Other staff members were helpful and polite. The room felt cheap and the general feel was unwelcoming, the quality of the breakfast was poor.

In room facilities such as bedside table looked tatty and walls looked scuffed/dirty. Not a nice smell in corridor. Breakfast was quite poor. The " lift and see " toaster is a burn accident just waiting to happen as you have to hold the roasting hot toaster at the same time as lifting the handle to check your toast. Poor selection, and not much of it! Thought this was an over priced hotel for what it was. Parking charges extra.

It was a safe place to stay as a lone female Location, facilities very poor. In need of a face lift. No water for several hours on the day I stayed. Not enough staff to cover the desk, bar or answer the phone. Very uncomfortable bed. Breakfast very poor. There is no chance of me staying there again, ever!

I requested a top floor room at the rear to enable a good nights sleep and that is what I was allocated so they had taken notice of the request made online. The room was comfortable and clean. The cooked part of the all inclusive breakfast was made and left a fair while in the containers so had become very dry. The rest of the breakfast was fairly good.
