Great bed hot shower
No more freshly squeezed orange juice?
Breakfast poor. Coffee from machine appalling. Freezing cold in dining room. Poor selection of cooked items and fresh fruit. Bread very limited selection. This is simply well below today's standard.
The people are very friendly ... and the place very homely
There should be a larger spread for breakfast n you may charge for it
Fantastic breakfast, free wi-fi, and allowing an early check-in for weary travellers from Australia was greatly appreciated.
The staff were excellent, clean room and the hotel had all we required.
On the outskirts of the city.
Very poor provision for dietary requirements despite advanced warning. Could only offer "bread" for Gluten Free, not even Any spread for the bread. when pressed' "we do have beans" or "You can bring your own" charged for two days breakfast I could not eat
Love the rooms...spacious for a hotel in Europe. The rooms are fairly new and well lit. Sufficient facilities and self adjustable heating controls, which was the most important thing since it was below 7 degrees Celsius when we stayed there.
The location. There was really nothing else nearby. Only a local Sainsbury's and that was quite a long walk away. Really far from everything. You would need a car to get to anywhere within Cambridge.
Everything from the moment we walked in was impressive both visually and the staff and our room was spotless and comfortable. The bar area was great and breakfast too. We would definitely stay here again.
Comfort of room. Helpfulness of staff. Good breakfast. Easy to park.
Got room discount through Booking.com. Would not pay full cost of £150 per night. No additional facilities (pool, gym, restaurant for eve meal) to warrant that price.
Staff, Food, Bed and room.
Easy to find and ample convenient parking. Spacious seating in lobby area. Bedrooms pretty standard but adequate for a short stay. Staff were friendly and polite.
easy access to cambridge
Good location for getting into Cambridge. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel
Usual excellent helpful staff. english and romainian front desk staff great
Hotel is built to spec which means sound insulation poor
Wonderful manager and all staff.good car park
Cannabis smell in room 214 throughout the stayincorrect sat nav code on paperwork nearly made us late for function
Easy check in and check out ordered takeaway to room which was good bed was comfy
Bar is very small, and location is further away than we thought it was would have paid extra to go closer to the centre had we known was an hour walk but taxi £10 each way
That breakfast is included Wi fi free Air conditioned Plenty sockets Dim bathroom night light Large screen TV and sofa
Hairs on bathroom floor that were not ours! The matress could have been better-premier inn matresses better
The bed was incredibly comfortable; the room and bathroom facilities were very clean and in excellent condition, as were the public areas. The staff on duty were welcoming and engaging.
Would prefer individual toiletries and soap
Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Meals were very good. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was very convenient.
Yapping dog next door left alone while owners were out!! Skimpy with tea/coffee facilities - you had to "ask for more" at reception!!
Very helpful staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which is a must. I had been a bit worried that the 'continental breakfast' might entail just a cup of coffee and a muffin but in fact there was a good spread and selection and it was very enjoyable.
Unless you like those general, weak, don't know what's in it, shower soap dispensers, bring your own. The machine dispensed coffee at breakfast was OK but not the 'set you up for the day' cup to enjoy first thing.
Staff helpful and friendly
