Good location for getting into Cambridge. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable hotel
Usual excellent helpful staff. english and romainian front desk staff great
Hotel is built to spec which means sound insulation poor
Wonderful manager and all staff.good car park
Cannabis smell in room 214 throughout the stayincorrect sat nav code on paperwork nearly made us late for function
Easy check in and check out ordered takeaway to room which was good bed was comfy
Bar is very small, and location is further away than we thought it was would have paid extra to go closer to the centre had we known was an hour walk but taxi £10 each way
That breakfast is included Wi fi free Air conditioned Plenty sockets Dim bathroom night light Large screen TV and sofa
Hairs on bathroom floor that were not ours! The matress could have been better-premier inn matresses better
The bed was incredibly comfortable; the room and bathroom facilities were very clean and in excellent condition, as were the public areas. The staff on duty were welcoming and engaging.
Would prefer individual toiletries and soap
Friendly staff, comfortable room and good breakfast.
Staff were very polite and helpful. Meals were very good. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was very convenient.
Yapping dog next door left alone while owners were out!! Skimpy with tea/coffee facilities - you had to "ask for more" at reception!!
Very helpful staff
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, which is a must. I had been a bit worried that the 'continental breakfast' might entail just a cup of coffee and a muffin but in fact there was a good spread and selection and it was very enjoyable.
Unless you like those general, weak, don't know what's in it, shower soap dispensers, bring your own. The machine dispensed coffee at breakfast was OK but not the 'set you up for the day' cup to enjoy first thing.
Staff helpful and friendly
A lovely relaxed and confortable stay! x
We only needed a clean, comfortable bed and a basic breakfast. That is exactly what we got.
Relatively easy to find, and lots of parking. Room had everything we needed.
I found the bed uncomfortable, and was woken in the night by both noise inside and outside the hotel (we were close to the lift). Breakfast was OK - tea tasted better than it looked, but croissants and rolls were stale.
Understaffed... the receptionist had us wait before we check in until he's done his service at the bar! The night we arrived only 2 of the staff were serving the whole hotel!
Cleanliness Free wireless internet Efficiency and friendliness of staff Car parking
Limited catering outside breakfast No bacon for breakfast No dedicated leisure facilities - you could use those at a nearby leisure centre Prices in the bar
Nice and clean. Everything as expected for a Holiday Inn. Building was nice, lots of parking and in close proximity to the city centre.
The partition door between our room and next where there was a hen party going on in the next room. Wall with no partition door was very thin and the bedside tables are attached to the wall so phones vibrating on the bedside table can be heard in the adjacent room. Not enough seats for breakfast at 9am. Staff at reception were nice except from the gent that checked us in. To be fair, it was 11pm.
Quiet hotel away from city centre but close enough to get a cab in and out (£10 each way). Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable.
One very dirty mug had to be washed before it could be used. Had to ask for more tea bags and milk as there were only two on the tray. Thought the hotel was quite expensive for what was really a glorified Travelodge. Close to Cambridge centre but cab cost £10 each way.
Lovely staff, decent car park. Spacious lounge and dining area. Clean room
Fairly worn out decor for a holiday inn. Hallways outside rooms stank of stale alcohol sweat. Breakfast, as at all holiday inns is awful. Tasteless sausages and eggs. Why bother?
