Quite location. Although it's about 1.5 miles from the center of Cambridge a footpath/cycle way passes the Hotel so it's a 40 minute walk into the City.

There is nowhere close to eat in the evening, although there are Pubs and restaurants around 0.75 miles towards the City. The hotel does a limited menu it's a shame they don't do a evening meal deal.

easy to get to, with friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait about 30 mins but received complimentary coffee. The breakfast was much improved with fresh fruit salad etc.The staff also cleared the tables instead of you .

Baby crib was nice, quiet, good hot breakfast (sausage, eggs, and beans and fresh fruit, too), free cappuccinos/hot chocolate all day, staff was wonderful.

Mattress was old and cheap...felt like a $5 bed! If you go by public transport, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The eggs were a little underdone for my tastes. Free wifi is too slow for Skype, and only available in the lounge.

The staff are wonderful, incredibly helpful. We had to stay following my son being involved in a car accident and they were a big help to us.

Excellent staff, clean and modern.

Location a bit akward, but since Cambridge is really a carfree city, taxi into town still the best option.

We did not get the double room we booked. We were offered points in compensation but they were never added to our account. Room was not clean.

Hard to find. Seemed isolated away from centre. Evening food was dry and gave the impression of being previously cooked. Breakfast could be very good with the addition of 1 or 2 items like bacon.

Really impressed with everything, the best holiday inn express I have ever stayed so far! Well done.

Nothing - all good!

It was clean and comfortable and a female member of staff was really helpful and later during the evening of my stay.

When you have driven 200 miles you really don't want to be kept waiting whilst the staff have a ten-minute conversation halfway through your check-in. All you want is your room and a pee. I wasn't directed to the lifts, either. Poor.

The hotel was modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all very attentive and helpful

The location within a business park, next to a railway line and some scrubby industrial land on the edge of Cambridge was not very attractive or convenient for the city,however the hotel had done its best to mitigate this by clever use of landscaping and tree planting.

So close to cambrige plenty to do

Bathrooms were modern and clean, beds were comfortable. Easy parking. Breakfast, albeit basic, was included.

Wi-Fi only available in the ground level lounge; it really should be available in all rooms as well... Rooms were a bit small. Location was a bit further from the center of Cambridge than I would have preferred, but then the rate reflected the in convenience.
