Peaceful pleasant view! Plentiful breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere. Improve the welcome we got from the receptionist who appeared to treat us as intruders rather than guests |

I found the room and beds very clean and comfortable. The staff very helfpul and the breakfast was very good.I liked the fact that the hotel was in a very quiet location I found that the toilet paper was not of a very good quality. My husband and I were woken up at 04.30 by noisy guests,.When we mentioned this to the receptionist she was helpful and appeared to be already aware of this fact. |

I like the showers provided, and the beds are comfortable. This was my second time staying at the hotel. This room though was situated above the hotel entrance and next to the stairs, so I could here all the banging going on of the doors. Room 109. |

Lovely accomodation throughout - room, reception, dining area etc... Good taxi service available from hotel to city centre. Really modern, pleasant, comfortable, homely environment to stay in. Lovely relaxed environment. Really enjoyed my stay there and would definately stay there again. Room could have been cleaner - on surface fine but coffee stains over door and handle to bathroom on arrival and throughout the stay. Also, yellow staining over bathroom floor - especially evident under blue lighting. Other than that though - lovely. Bedding fresh and clean. Room hoovered and free from dust. English breakfast would be nice. |

Found the room most comfortable. Service at reception was excellent. My wife reported that she had lost one earring , on return home had a voice mail that it had not been found but we appreciated the call. |

Room good and quiet There is usually a Harvester or something similar to eat in the evening. The hotel menu was very poor. |

Very clean, very good value but I was there on an Easter promotion, nice breakfast, comfortable room, nice bathroom, overall a nice hotel to stay in Bit far from city centre but I already knew that. There's a cycle/foot path that is kind of a shortcut but according to staff not very safe at night. We decided to try anyway and indeed it's very dark and I understand it can become dangerous if you encounter someone with not so good intentions... |

No hassle. If you've stayed at any of the budget chain hotels then you've stayed at this one. Basically they're all the same, boxes to sleep in. No frills, just functional. No |

Stayed in for 2 nights with good value of money. Good continental choices of breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable, very polite staff and large free car park. There are public bus to go to city centre but we walked to town which take us only 20 minutes which not far. We enjoyed our staying. I will recommend this hotel with their excellent service. I would like to stay here again. Only i did not like was the time given to us (breakfast time) in our second day. May be due to easter holiday the receptionist at night was confused about the time. |

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is a very good base for visiting the city (although I think you'd need a car, as it is a good way from the city centre). |
