good location sofa bed not made ready for arrival despite having been requested reception staff were apologetic for the error. The bed and pillows very hard leading to a disruptive nights sleep. Clothing got covered in jam whilst having breakfast as jam on edge of table hadn't been wiped and I hadn't noticed when initially sat down. |

Very clean and comfortable 1 member of the reception staff seemed stressed and was short tempered, he did not want to explain why I needed to give my credit card twice and never gave me proof that £150 had not been deducted from my American Express. |

Closeness to all entertainment sites,city centre and bus station Breakfast tables were fully occupied upstairs and down. Husband uses walking stick and had great difficulty carrying tray to room. Had to make 2 trips |

Su ubicación es muy buena, incluso para llegar hasta él en coche. El precio durante el festival (200 bp) es escandaloso, más si ves que el personal no conoce otro idioma que el escocés cerrado -es difícil entenderse con más de uno en inglés- y que ni te ayudan con las maletas ni para vigilarte un momento el coche. No tiene ningún tipo de armario. |
