Presentation and cleanliness of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi
Breakfast a bit basic and selection was limited Noise from smokers outside my window at 01:00am
Good location without going into city centre. Ideal for travelling further north. Very helpful staff, comfortable and nicely furnished room. Good communal areas.
Central to our travel, staff could not be more helpful. Clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff and easy parking
Located by a major shopping area, and easy access from main road. 5 min drive from Inverness Staff was really really helpful and friendly and sorted out my membership issues for me. Good Value For Money in the area
Difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the area
Room comfortable but not much storage space for clothes and luggage.
A visitor had come in wiith very dirty footwear leaving mud on floors and in lift. It was cleaned fairly promptly.
Fixtures all worked well.
The bed was uncomfortable. The "put the key in for the lights to work" is, at best, a strange way to accomplish energy efficiency - and to get it to work we had to push hard enough that we thought we were breaking something.
The helpfulness in general of all the staff.. so friendly and welcoming.. thank you for making our stay there a very memorable one!!
