Easy parking and having smoking rooms available as so few hotel chains now allow this. I have elderly parents who smoke and the hotel, as requested, managed adjacent smoking and non smoking rooms unlike the last hotel chain I booked with which said they would do this and then failed to deliver. Pity the hotel does not have its own restaurant facilities although there is a pub/restaurant next to it. |

Front desk staff was very helpful in all matters including local eating establishments... The room would have been better if there had been some drawer space to unpack suitcases. It was a family room and was rather small. Living out of suitcases in the cramped room was difficult. |

Snow Goose restaurant, excellent food and value We had 3 adults and the third bed was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. |

hotel was not something i was expecting as i have stayed in some holiday inn hotels far better then this one no chance for express hotels again. i did not like the hotel because it was way out of city centre also full english breakfast was not availble too. |

the fact that i booked a smoking room and was given a non smoking room with no possibility of a change tel No given by staff at hotel for complaints was closed [4.00 pm sat afternoon ] not good |

Dejlige rummelige forhold, bekvemmelige senge og dejligt med et skrivebord til arbejdet. Jeg kunne godt have tænkt mig at der var fri internet/WI-FI da jeg var på foretningsrejse. Det har der været på de andre hoteller jeg har været på min færden i Skotland.Og et liile køleskab til sine drikke varer ville ikke være af vejen. |
