We loved the building itself! It was very neat the way the whold Albert Dock area had the same ceilings of brick; especially for us being from the US. It added to our trip for sure! |

near to town centre, beatles story & coach for the majical mystery tour. i requested a very quiet room with a river view on the top floor,1 month in advance,got a third floor room with internal view & noise from disco till 1.30am. |

Very helpful and friendly staff, large room and early check in. Great old brick walls from the original airport. No bath, only a shower, room decor slightly dated. |

Excellent location for Echo arean and liverpool one shopping centre. Lovely hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Only minor complaint shower gel/tea coffe had not been restocked so we had to ask for the supplies. |

The hotel is right on the docks, we visited Liverpool to attend a concert at the Liverpool Echo Arena which is also on the docks, just over a bridge from the hotel.Ideal place for our visit. |

Loved the building - exposed brickword etc making use of original features. Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety at breakfast. Coffee machine did not make very nice coffee! |

Everything! I know this was not the hotels fault, but the fire alarm went off at 1:00am and we could not get an answer from reception to find out how long it would sound for, so our sleep was disturbed. |

Excellent location and hotel very clean. No close parking facilities unless prepared to pay £15 per day! They do offer a discount on multi storey car park which is bit further but not too far |
