Check in very easy and checking out good. On leaving we were given a voucher to obtain a reduction in the parking charge at the multi storey car parkwhich was £10 per 24 hour. On arrival we simply parked in the bays opposite the hotel which cost £15.00 per night via a parking meter. It would have been good to have been advised via the website details to park in the multi storey at the reduced cost.

Loved the location the views from the bedrooms were great, everybody was friendly Was dissapointed with breakfast, it was 9.15 and not much was left no fruit and no yoghourt and the staff didnt seem too bothered

Staff all excellent and helpful. It was very close to the places I needed to go to No easy chair in the room, and the lack of a small fridge in the room is annoying in the middle of the night when you want a cold drink and have to wander around the hotel looking for the drinks dispenser

Super hotel, great location, very clean and well looked after, very very comfy bed. Only downfall was the very noisy creaking floorboards in own room and of others . Was woken at 5 am by people next door walking around!! Not happy about that!I Noisy floorboards need replacing!!!!

The hotel is good area for museums and docks, also idea situation for Beatles fans as cavern and shops within walking distance Cooked breakfast was just soggy scrambled eggs and sausage, would have liked bacon instead of sauge for at least one breakfast.

The location was excellent for the Echo Arena. The facilities on offer were excellent for the price - great value for money. The mattrass in our room needed replacing. A larger double bed would be a good investment for the hotel. The lighting in the room was appalling but was adequate in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean, convenient, friendly and comfortable and good value for money. The fact that breakfast was included in the deal was great and made life a lot easier. It would have been nice to have a clear explanation of the parking facilities near-by and how you payed for it.....i.e a voucher is given at end of your stay to give you the allowed discount off parking fee. It was not clear where we should park and what we should do to get the discount.

The easy book in on arrival and freindly staff.we were all ill and my mum went to reception and asked for clean bedding and a middle aged gent on reception could not have beenmore helpful getting clean bedding and even offered to change all the beds in the room for us which we declined but thanks again and we will certainly use holiday inn on our next break to Liverpool.

Excellent location and only a short walk from the main shopping area. Parking at £7.50 per day nearby was not bad but you should consider whether you need to use your vehicle every day as parking wasn't cheap.
