The staff here were amazingly helpful and friendly. Super comfortable bed and a cosy, clean room. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness.

I was disturbed by a fight outside the hotel which went on from 3.00am to 4am before the police resolved it. However, Priddy's Yard is noisy with reversiong lorries etc. Make sure you ask for a room away from that. Food was poor at breakfast with overcooked sausage and very overcooked scrambled egg.

When I asked for dinner she showed me the list of choices (not too many) and then I asked if I could have some takeaway. She gave me the leaflets and she said very sharp: "you can order yourself". She was not busy at that time and I was expecting some help.

Great standard. Customer service was superb at our check-in at 2am. Shower was amazing, bathroom clean and spacious. Room was spacious. Lovely beds.

Clean, well organised hotel. Close access to frequent national rail trains directly to London Victoria. Complimentary breakfast and wifi in public area.

Only two small lifts to go to upper floors - long delays when large groups check in.

Located in the heart of Croydon Shopping Centers. Only 5 minutes walk from Underground station, and 2 minutes from the Tram & Bus stations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great Value for money. Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Free WiFi facility available. Free Hot drinks all day long.

Breakfast buffet needs to have more varieties. It costs money if you wish for a Late Check-out :( We asked for a Double room, but we got a twin room, that was not good for two newly weds :(

Poor service. Card to unlock door stopped working, it took many trips between the front desk and room and an unreasonable amount of time to eventually have the issue resolved. Some staff were efficient, others not.

The room had all facilities that I needed, hair dryer and tea and coffee facilities. Choice of hard or soft pillows. My room was very clean.

The hotel was difficult to find and the walk from the car park wasn't pleasant as it was through some back streets

No internet access in room lack of parking facilities next to hotel

The bed was comfortable.

The carpet in the room was a mess The walls scuffed and scratched. The staff were sullen and discourteous. The restaurant menu was beyond poor. It was uncomfortably cold in the restaurant constantly. There was limited parking which I paid for but my space was given away. The hotel description stated free wifi for all customers. They did not specify it was in the lobby area only! Best western hotels state free wifi and it is free in all the rooms! The view from the front of the hotel is the back end of grotty shops and a filthy lap dancing club. The view from my window was a single lane driveway and a steel clad commercial unit. Oh and for the cherry on the cake... There was gentleman pimping hookers on the hotels bench outside without comment from the staff. All in all I suffered this for two nights and checked out early to another hotel. The place was a disgrace

Well unexpected took £95 on my card on arrivial room was £55 booked on the card as sercuity week or two ago . So why ? What if I had only £40 on my card left to spend that evening

Room was clean and spacious. Ensuite was adequate with decent shower.

Parking was off site in a multi storey costing £9 per night and a walk back to the hotel. Very impractical if you have large or heavy luggage! Breakfast was a poor selection especially in the cooked foods.

Great and accommodating staff, close proximity to shopping complex and restaurants, and train stations.

Lack of swimming pool and car parking facilities.

It was noisy outside on a Saturday night. The extractor fan or air conditioner in room 810 was taking loud noise throughout the night. I complained about it to the lady on the desk and nothing was done. She just apologised. That spoiled my night for me and my wife.

Room was clean and cheerfully decorated. Croydon is not exactly a leisure destination - we stayed there for convenience, and the Holiday Inn was great value.

Breakfast - the coffee was particularly bad - instant! But I didn't really expect much considering the cost of the room.

The reception staff could be a bit more friendly. A smile costs nothing.

The location is great. Train stations near by which provide easy access to the City and west end. Loaction is quiet and there is good shopping faciities in croydon.

The room was comfortable and having a sofa bed was a real plus. I really liked the very practical design in the bathroom and the breakfast was nice. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I can imagine the breakfast would lack in variety for someone staying longer than a couple of days.

I liked about everything. The location was close to the centre of Croydon. Easy access to London. I loved the staff and their professionalism. Overall enjoyed my stay and would recommend to family and friends
