Ease of parking. Good breakfasts.
Didn't see the need to pay for parking as there were plenty of spaces. Was confusing as to what I'd paid for on the day.
WiFi, staff, location, breakfast. Car parking
Rooms to hot even with Windows open in November. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned.
Bathroom smelt of urine, long queue at check-in and check -out no dedicated rewards point
Easy trip to LG arena with local hotel based taxi company I felt the chap working the bar in the evening, was a bit new (so skills wise a bit fresh) but he made up for this in his very welcoming approach.
The number of dogs in the hotel We were in a room by the houskeeping and from about 6 am regular doors slamming
Location was good for the NEC Room was clean and comfortable and easy to be with my dog
Car park charge after room was booked Very expensive for pets My room was near the entrance and arrivals and people in and out all night was very noisy so not very nice to listen to all night
Good size room.
Breakfast was cold. No one asked us if our stay was okay.
This Hotel is very dog friendly. The reception staff were polite and accommodating. We were plunged into darkness in our room due to a failure, but we were immediately given another room and offered a complimentary drink. We will definitely use this Hotel again in the future.
Revellers in the room opposite, arrived in at 4 30am the noise was awful. Asked them to quieten down, they just ignored!!!!
Everything is what you would expect, good.
Paying £7.00 to park in the car park is a bitter pill to swallow. Residents parking should be free.
Great location to NEC and next to a pub which served good food. All we really needed as working show.
Extremely noisy hotel, could hear absolutely everything from the next door rooms & in the corridor. Food offering is extremely limited and not at all nice when you order. Cleaner left her cleaning cloth in my room on top of my clothes. Very disappointed.
The closeness to the NEC
Extremely comfy beds and duvets!
The rooms were clean and had ample space.
Breakfast was awful, bread was mouldy and the sausages tasted cheap and nasty.
Location, friendly staff, comfortable surrounding, good breakfast, pub next door with good food and ales. Price we paid was good value and not inflated, I would not pay the advertised price.
The room allocate (4) was close to the entrance and the main reception area so was wuite noises also the smokers congregated outside and were loud even in the early hours of the morning
The location, hostipality , facilities
Very good comfortable rooms, clean and staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again when visiting the nec. My only complaint was the fact we were woken at gone midnight by the noise of the next room after a few beers and again at 6am when they were getting up ready to pitch at the NEC?! May I suggest that those people who are staying for business are placed on a separate floor from those who are there for leisure...
* comfy bed * room was dark at night *friendly staff *great shower
* limited breakfast options, needed refreshing/topping up.
The receptionist was charming and helpful. Checkout was efficient. Closeness to NEC great
Reception staff rude!!!
Towels dirty, poor shower 1 minute hit then cold, floor grout missing
woken by noisey drunk guests outside at 3am but not hotels fault!
Great service and great stay!
Waited almost half hour to be served at around midnight at the bar but was still great service
Everything was well ordered. Staff very friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.
Could not find a fault with anything.
the room was clean, well sized and comfy
