The Hotel (Express Holiday Inn) does exactly what it says on the tin, in my opinion it’s a bit more up market than the Travel Lodge or Premier Inn’s of this world. A little more comfort bit at reasonable rate. There was nothing to complain about really, I would be very picky to do so!!.. |

The easy to use and convenient bathroom and the comfort of the room with a sofa allowing us to watch TV without having to use bed pillows for support. It was quiet and we could access the leisure centre for food and entertainment at night. The bed was too soft and the breakfast did not have anything I could eat apart from fruit as I cannot eat gluten (no cakes, biscuits etc) and have problems with lactose (cheese) or ordinary milk - perhaps people like me could be offered a modest substitute (with ham and a boiled egg) |

I liked the location because it'was a quiet place which I really needed during my stay. The only thing i did not like was the fact that I had to spent 40 pounds extra on cabs in and out which was not expected. I did not have any knowledge that the hotel was little bit far from the city center. |

The room was clean and well presented and beds were comfortable. We were also able to have a good nights sleep and were not disturbed by other guests There were flies on the inside of the window when we arrived and we found the window difficult to shut. We had to ask a member of staff how to do this and I think it would have been nive had they offered to come up and show us what to do |

convenient for Oxford via park and ride. reasonably quiet site ( no football match on while we in residence! though a couple of [ inebriated?] residents did wake us at 2 am on Sat night) shortage of eateries in the area unless one used the car there being only the 'Frankie & Bennies' within walking distance |

The whole experience was free and easy. We were disturbed by an alarm at the stadium during one night and were offered a discount as compensation with absolutely no hassle at all - excellent customer service. I am Vegan and even found soya milk in the breakfast area - thoughtful. Everything was good for our purpose of touring Oxford. |
