No Restaurant and due to the fact that the price was for Bed and Breakfast did not expect to be told that a telephone was available to call for a Take away which could be eaten on certain tables in the 'lobby' area.

Easy check-in. Breakfast included in room price. Restaurants, movie theatre, and bowling within walking distance.

Breakfast was of a poor standard. Not at all expected from a Holiday Inn. Very poor quality and selection of choice. Considering most of the guests were from abroad, visiting the sights of Oxford, I cannot believe that there was not even a more continental selection, especially as the traditional English beakfast consisted of over cooked poor quality sausages, scrambled eggs and beans. The design of the area where the food and hot drinks were served is also hazardous. Too cramped when people are carrying hot drinks. I have to say that the staff were not friendly or helpful in the slightest When we first arrived, we were given a room that had not even been made up.it looked as though the last occupants had only just left. We then had to return to reception to be allocated another room, which took a little while dud to the system not being able to clear the card keys or something. All in all, the whole experience was not at all good and instead of staying another night in Oxford we decided to go home.

The rooms- standard HIE fare. The rate- cheap indeed.

The breakfast- terrible as always (my 3rd stay). But not a deal-breaker, especially if you're on a strictly business no-frill trip.

Location ok, plenty of parking on site and it was about 2miles from the park & ride ideal if you didn't want to drive into Oxford. Good value, clean hotel.

Breakfast food serving area was small and so around 9am when everyone usually wants breakfast it was very crowded with people getting in each others way.

Suitable for my purpose and better than other budget hotels.

Having to wait at reception so long as ran out of key cards. Had 2 rooms on seperate bookings for 3 females for business purposes. Luckily a sofa bed in room as all ended up in 1 room, therefore 1 room not used due to people in connecting room walking into ours upon arrival in. Connecting doors should always be locked, this should be ensured at cleaning. Unhappy at paying £65 for a room not to be used.

Excellent accommodation, just what I was looking for.

Would have liked the option of an evening meal in hotel but restaurants were very local and I liked the idea of ordering in food.
