In the heart of lively Victoria, Park Avenue Belgravia is just 10 minutes’ walk from Knightsbridge. The traditional hotel has a 24-hour front desk and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Ideally situated in central London, the bright and modern Collin House offers a 24-hour front desk. In chic Belgravia, the basic townhouse hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from Victoria Railway Station.

convenience of location
why not get a TV fixed if it doesn't work?
Likeed that fact it was close to Victoria station and very central to what we wanted to do ie shopping on Oxford street harrods and winter wonderland in Hyde park
Nothing to dislike
I am happy with The privacy and the facilities of this hotel. Also a very low price for a place very near of central london. Few steps to victoria station and couch.
Proximity to Victoria Rail and Coach Stations. Friendly and helpful staff
Room on top floor and no lift. Room very small.
-Very clean -Kind staff -Location: quite near Victoria Station
-No elevator at all -Claustrophobic room and bathroom -Very poor bed arrangement, not much comfortable
quality/ price bed
small rooms no elevator
Location Value Great place, super close to victoria coach station and rail station. Easy walk to buckingham palace
squeaky steps sometimes when people walk.
The only thing really good is the position near one of the main stations in London.
Cleanliness was awful, my bed was inclined, no chairs, tables or anything for bags, no wardrobe, no heating, very noisy.
It's really closed to Victoria situation. And some discount information of the restaurant on the receipt.
The tap in bathroom only had hot water, we couldn't take shower. We booked a room with two single beds, but gave us a family room with six beds, and I felt without sense of security!
Lovely gentlemen met us on arrival and told us we had been upgraded free if charge to an apartment just around the corner. He took us to the new location giving us facts and information on the way. The apartment was very clean, great size and had 3 very comfy beds which were welcomed after a very long day on our feet in London.
Expected a twin room en suite to be given a five bedded room in the basement. Beds were in need of new mattresses curtains so thin that street lighting shone through non stop noise of people walking above us and to end it all found a pesticide trap under a bed. In all a sleepless night.
Very neat, very nice new decore, and very clean. Also good to have a sink and fridge in our room.
Although it was good for our family of 5, it was very small especially with all our luggage.
Only the location
Everything we sould have had 1 double and 1 single we had bulk beds and 1 single 2 adults had to sleep in bulk beds, diry about beds, bathroom small, noisey guest,no breakfast, put us to the 5 th floor a hostel beter value 4 money then this hotel,no wardrobe heater was not working no breakfast onnly worth about 70 pounds I'm not happy never say there again
Good location, close to Victoria station, shops, restaurant - still quiet
Window is not well insulated, so it was drafty No hanger in the room Water temperature is not stable Small room, not cleaned throughly
Room was clean and close to Victoria bus, train and underground.
We had top floor which was nine flights of stairs, room far too small, would not recommend for anyone who cannot maneuver stairs or are a bit claustrophobic. Make sure you ask for ground floor room.
I like the location of hotel which near the coach station, underground and bus station. Outside the hotel, the street is quiet and cleaner than the surrounding main roads.
Bathroom/toilet far too cramped. Could not stand up in the bathroom/toilet. Kitchen area and toilet too close. Practically sitting on top of another. No lobby between which I believe to be mandatory. Insufficient towels. No hand towel in bathroom. Entrance very dull.
The location was good
Room was dirty and not cleaned my entire 7 day stay. Very noisy from other guests slamming doors and running in the corridor. I complained but it didn't stop until 1am. Not well maintained with water heater leaking and spraying in the shower. Bathroom very small basically you had to back into it. The list of problems goes on and on...
Location, price, size of room
Hallways were filthy.
Wifi 5 pounds a day for one device!?! If you would like to leave your luggage after check out for few hours - 4 pounds for each bag. Basically they are charging for EVERYTHING
No lift and in the basement, smell of mould
Location is great, near Victoria station, nice cafes and pubs nearby. Bathroom was new, and efficient for the small space.
The hot water cut out during my shower, and it was freezing. To me this is the most unforgivable thing a hotel can do. No free wifi, paid wifi was available but over priced. Room looked clean at first, but somehow I got clumps of dust on my socks from walking around. The sound isolation is terrible, I could hear the next room over making tea, and when they opened the door it sounded like my own room door opening. The window doesn't close properly, so the noise from the traffic on the road outside would wake me up in the morning.
Location, staff and cleanliness all excellent.
Limited space in bedroom and bathroom.
The set out of the room we had with the separate bathroom was great. A little small but we still enjoyed the stay and the surroundings.
Room was a little warm and window would not open.
Price to high for very poor layout of rooms and cramped conditions. Had to sit on toilet and bend head sideways under poorly located mirror above sink to be able to clean teeth or wash face. No vent working in toilet or shower
