Nice grounds Location

Room very small Bed awful - springs were coming through mattress so had to change room Dinner took a long time to come and presentation was in my mind not great Internet extremely slow - internet was not working in morning which caused me loss of work Description on website was not reflected in the stay

Spacious room, 4 poster bed, swimming pool and jacuzzi

A very friendly welcome started off a very pleasant stay. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The food served in the restaurant was also perfect very tasty

Our only very minor fault was the lack of veggie option on the menu.

Good sized bedroom with a Four Poster bed

I had a wonderful stay at the Ebury. The staff was constantly helpful and very friendly. They remembered my room number without me having to tell them at each meal. The dining room was set with good china and solid silver service and made one feel quite posh. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat. It was an easy enough walk into the city center, even for a person using a cane.

Being an older property, there was no lift and the stairs were a pain, but well worth it!

The staff were really friendly. We had a lovely quiet room. It was only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Canterbury. The cooked breakfast was delicious.

The staff at The Ebury were welcoming and friendly and were extremely helpful.There was ample parking space in their car park. We were able to walk into the City Centre and it was great at the end of the day to visit the spa and the bar and restaurant.They also have a lovely large garden where you can sit to eat or drink. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable.

Staff very helpful to our needs, particularly in respect of our very early departure.

I booked this as a surprise break for my boyfriend's 50th birthday. It is located near to the city, has parking and is of high quality. The pool was a bonus!Our room was nicely decorated and spacious as were all the communal areas. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I would recommend the Ebury and we had a lovely stay.Thank you!

The hotel has lots of character, very comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Restful and relaxing stay.

The hotel itself was very good but a lift would have been useful. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent.

The quality of the evening meal was poor particularly having regard to the price. The breakfast was good but a long time in coming.

A well run , welcoming Hotel with large, comfortable bedroom. Good Hot water and an excellent dinner with good service. I enjoyed a swim in your indoor pool. Everythin was as it said it would be. Well Done
