Camere troppo piccole e bagno piccolissimo

La posizione è ottima per la visita alla città

Super tecnologico ma di fatto le cose più banali non funzionavano. Ad esempio la doccia che per essere riparata abbiamo dovuto attendere due giorni. Oppure, con la super tecnologia, manca una postazione comune da cui collegarsi ad internet e stampare, magari la conferma di un volo o altro. Manca poi di una zona di relax e di sbrigo. Dall'entrata si passa immediatamente ai piani.

The design/decoration

The rooms are two small for two persons.

We liked the the in room facilities, the gadgets, the shower was lovely, the staff were very friendly and made us welcome

Our telephone didn't work, although it was rectified straight way, there were no tea making facilities in the the room although it said there were, the breakfast was very disappointing

Telephone did not work and could not be fixed Nespresso machine not working No desk to work at - had to use table that folds over the bed and lie on the bed propped up on pillows. I did try working downstairs but only the dining room available Shower floods the floor as no door

Lots of gadgets, no hidden extras for room service, which can be ordered by the in-room iPad... Library of 3D films available for 46" 3D television. Very high tech hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Minor fault with room which staff immediately set to rectify.

Location good, staff lovely and helpful. Bedroom small but very comfy

To much technology. Too many buttons just to switch off a light. Shower looked good but water wasn't powerfull enough and water temperature very erratic. Not enough hanging space

The facilities were excellent and the gentleman that showed us our room was very polite. Room was ample enough for a short stay.

The reception staff were not as warm and welcoming as I would have expected considering the rating.

The room was very techy and we had lots of fun playing with all the gadgets... Was amazing to have sky tv as we like watching movies before we go to sleep... Bathroom was perfect and very tidy... Enough shelves and drawers to put your staff warm floors and great shower.

Very modern and with nice bed. every thing in the room can be adjusted with remotes.

The hotel location is hard to find, very small rooms and didn't even worth half the price, the room is so small that there is no chair inside it and impossible to fit one anyway. I had serious trouble with the first room (electric shocks in water supply in the toilet) upon that I asked the hotel to refund me and check me out, but they refused rudely. toilet is very small

The staff are willing and happy to help. They're friendly and aproachable. The room was beautiful and our stay was flawless. Such a unique hotel.

Very good location. Just 5 minutes from the tube station. The room was modern with full of all highteck amenities anybody can ask. The bathroom was the best part of our room!!! The only minus for the room is that it is tiny!!!

Bed was brilliant as was the large 3dtv at end of the bed. I also enjoyed watching scarfcace on the 103" plasma in the lounge area downstairs

Well firstly I'm not sure how a hotel is rated 1-5 stars Im also not quite sure on the difference between a hotel and a b&b/guesthouse. But when I was booking a hotel I thought I'd treat us to a 5 star hotel and make it special. I was expecting a big swanky hotel with men in suits standing on the door to greet us and take our cases. Big reception areas with bars full of people and nice big restaraunt. But it was the complete opposite. U could hardly tell it was a hotel just looked like every other property on the road apart from it said eccleston square hotel on a pillar where other property's had door numbers. I would say its more a b&b/guesthouse than a hotel. The restaraunt was way too small with maybe 4 or 5 tables the bar area had about 4 or 5 stools that you'd feel well uncomfortable on as there's just no privacy whatsoever. The lounge was ok but only because We were the only people down there so we got the remote to 103" plasma. The rooms were ok but u had maybe 12" room all the way round bed so no room Whatsoever. When you're in your room your only option is to lie on your bed. when you have a shower there's no door on cubicle so the whole floor gets drowned also there's a pointless tv in the bathroom that's behind you if you sit on toilet and completely out of view if your in shower. This hotel sells itself on gadgets alone which were good but I'd rather a nice swanky hotel. The iPads didn't even have Internet. Would of been better if it was advertised as b&b/guesthouse. We ate at Rubens hotel which is only a 4 star and as soon as you walk through the door it makes u feel special. We didn't get this feeling from our 5 star we stayed in

The rooms are tiny. There is no full length hanging space. The bathroom is minute. It was a nightmare.

Love the beautiful ambience and sleek design. Very comfortable bed and accomodations. Like the hi-tech features of the rooms. Good breakfast; reasonable prices in cafe.Very friendly staff. Visit before this one, I left my jewelry in the safe and the manager sent it to me. Good location, quiet, safe, upscale neighborhood. Close to shopping.

Some rooms don't have space for luggage, although this time we had a room with luggage storage space.But you trade it for a much smaller bathroom. The room thermostat did not work properly, and we had difficulty at night when technicians were not on staff. I mentioned changing rooms when we checked in, but staff wasn't open to that, kept assuring me they would have it fixed. Also I pressed a wrong button on the remote for tv and could not get it working. It was also late at night, so did not call front desk to ask for help.Room could use another waste basket; had to keep going into the bathroom. Could use a box of kleenex also in room. Menu choices not to my taste in the cafe.

We were there for the Queens Jubilee and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for exploring London and within walking distance of Victoria Station. The hotel offers every convenience, even an umbrella for the rain! and the standard of food etc is excellent, however the room is a little cramped but luckily that did not spoil our overall short stay.

Very modern with lots of gadgets and modern technology at your fingertips, including iPad, 3D TV, VOIP phone and bathroom windows with electrically controlled opacity. Best bed ever! An adjustable (and very expensive) Hastens bed, with massage – perfect after a day of walking around. Incredibly comfortable. Excellent location in a nice neighborhood, central, close to some of the theaters, Victoria railway station and Underground. Good bistro, too. Friendly and professional staff. Very good value for money.

The room is small, but adequate for a short stay. Not much space if you travel heavy.

There was no taxi near the hotel which is not comfortable.
