The cat who visited our room. The bed and comfort The receptionist The area
The paintings and decor in the room. The eating area and the cluttered exposed office. Waiter's loud voice
Comfortable accommodation first class breakfast, and friendliness of the staff.
No mobile phone signal which could cause a problem in the event of a serious problem as only a tel no quoted for an emergency
Very comfortable bedrooms - Lovely reception and cat. Good food.
Spooky vegetable pictures - dark decor. Dining area felt like a very seperate place. Due to school? Waiter rather loud and cold.
Overall ambience, quintissentially English, very romantic and ideal location
Comfort in nice surroundings. Good food.
Stunning decoration in room, very friendly, helpful staff & excellent breakfast. Lovely village location with easy access to Malverns & local area.
Food was exceptional
Expensive (but worth it)
Fantastic room in restored timber framed Manor House. Room very well appointed and very clean.
Cookery School?? Breakfast was terrible. I would be very happy to return to demonstrate how to cook a breakfast!
Very friendly staff and nice relaxed atmosphere.Food very good!
Thought the pricing was a bit top heavy compared with other hotels in the area which have eg leisure facilities ie pool/spa/tennis court.
Very pleasant staff
Room was rather small and dark and the position of the hotel was unattractive
Location and quality of food outstanding
nothing apart from no draught beer
Quiet Location Clean Amazing Food Nice Decor Throughout
Twin Beds - we were put into what seemed a twin room, belonging to a Family room normally. Was not impressed for £175 per night!
Very nice rooms with comfortable beds and lovely linen. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and even better dinner! Hope to visit again.
Nothing, except was sad the dining room was shut on Monday.
Our large room with free standing bath and super separate shower ( changing coloured lights fun but not essential!). Good towels. Charming and helpful staff and a good value dinner. breakfast was cooked and served well with refills of toast and coffee aplenty.
Steak at dinner ( extra charge on fixed price menu) was requested medium rare but was overcooked. Lighting in retaurant in evening could be more atmospheric.
Bedroom comfortable and warm, restaurant was lovely, staff very friendly, quiet and peaceful surroundings, plenty of parking
Amazing interior design. Total luxury. High quality food. Being able to walk to local pub to watch international rugby.
Not being able to have out 2 rooms nearer to each other, although we could see each other across the courtyard. Motorway noise in the distance.
The room was very nice and very clean. Receptionist upon arrival was very welcoming and professional. Catered for me in that you had wheat free bread available, thank you.
There were bottles and a glass left outside our room on arrival. Noisy at night due to persons using bar. Room was very hot in the morning. Breakfast staff were very serious and not very welcoming.
The friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful rooms and quality of fittings, linen etc fantastic. Food and service was excellent. In fact the care and attention to detail was truly impressive. Just a fabulous place to stay
