it's proximity to the airport the fact i had to pay £6 to park in an empty car park and would have had to pay £5 to use the tv. this was in the small print so i knew but it still rankles.also, had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel between 2, 1 flat pillow each and it would have been £2 per extra pillow, the bed was v hard, and there was a green light on all the time, probably a safety thing but hard to sleep with. |

Staff were friendly, polite and informative. Buses were regular, local shops clean and well stocked No place for luggage. Double room with no space for two peaople to manage together. Bed in corner necessitated climing over one another. |

The bed was very comfortable. It was noisy as some guests were being loud in the hallways. |

the hotel is clean, the staff names Collins is very helpful. It's very easy to get to central London via bus and then tube. Very close to Heathrow Terminal 123. Everything you got to pay here, firstly the tv channel, then the wifi internet it was unreasonable. Not to forget the housekeeper only clean your room if you ask and pay for it. Nonsense. |

Very cheap, but with a concept. The ultimate no-frills hotel with a bed, a window blind, and a one-piece, molded bathroom. As a single, female traveller, I did not feel particularly safe with one staff on duty, who was not even at reception when I needed him. Also, I ordered a 6am taxi; which arrived at 6:30am to pick up four of us, going to two different terminals. I stayed there just because of an early flight, and the additional stress of thinking I would not make it was not pleasant! |

nothing special...i was kinda angry ok.check in time is at 3pm check out is at 10am...if you come earlier than 3pm...you need to pay extra 15pounds(what is really odd for airport hotel,if you wanna watch tv that is 5 pounds more and for all what you want more you need to pay extra.i was mad cos i already payed for room 33pounds i saw tv included and window I also payed extra more...but that window is not able to b open...so its just losing of money.ma flight was at 5pm...anyway if u pay extra 15 pounds your check out time needs 2 b at 1pm max.+airport transport is also 9 pounds more...so all together....dats abt 65 pounds...n am sure u can get nice room at any hotel for dat money.small rooms...even if i took double i still didnt had room to turn around |

I liked that it was convenient near to the airport and that it was not expensive. I arrived in Londonfrom Glasgow, I went to airport information where they rang Easihotel to send a taxi for me for the hotel.. I was tired and needed to get a good night sleep to set off in the morning flight for Larnaca. The man in information told me to go to the 5th floor and wait for valet passengers which a did . After over 1 hour my feet were numb as it was very cold and raining I decided to go down to valet services. A very nice manager rang the easihotel again and was vey annoyed when he saw me. He sent a porter up with me again to the 5 th floor and he stayed until the taxi eventually came a half an hour later. The taxi man made plenty of excuses. On arrival at reception the man at reception was curt and not helpful. No one ed |

It was near Heathrow, although it is the last hotel in the bus service line that leaves from the ariline terminal. So, you have to wait a looong time to hop off the bus. We chose a room with no windows, the cheapest, as we were arriving at 23h to leave at 4h the next day. But I never thought it would be SO small. The bathroom is just as the same size of an airplane toilet. I was glad when I shut down the room lights because I couldn´t see where I was. I was beggining to feel claustrophobic. Anyway, it was a fair price for the moment. Oh, and the TV only works if you buy a card in the reception and insert in the remote control. If not, you stay with a flat screen TV and no image. |

Close to airport. Clean, very good night staff. Not good day staff Oh god, hope your not a claustraphobic! These rooms are small and we got one of the larger rooms, and very hot. U feel like ur in the lowest part of the boat because there is no windows. And the shower is over the toilet, so u get to wash the toilet everytime you shower. We were sweating in the room so we went to reception and he had the temprature of other halls to 20 degrees and ours at 28! it made it very hard to sleep, the day staff werent really helpful |

This hotel is exactly as described, and not a bit more. It's fantastic to crash for a night and get some rest before catching a morning flight at Heathrow. I wouldn't have wanted a longer stay, as it's not near much, the nearest train station is quite a hike on foot, and the hotel itself is bare bones minimum. That said, for the money and my purpose of having a nights' sleep near the airport, I have no actual complaints. I took advantage of the 4.50 cab to the airport, scheduled by the front desk the night before, and was met by a prompt and very friendly driver who dropped me off at the doorstep of terminal 4 (despite it not officially being part of their service), which was greatly appreciated. Some have complained that you have to pay for TV, which is true. I have no problem with that, I don't watch TV... BUT... the room's alarm clock is built into the TV system (and thus inaccessible unless you pay for the TV access), and there are no phones in the room to receive wake-up calls. Seeing as the hotel is positioned close to an airport and the number of customers staying there are likely to need to wake up on time, I found that a little bizarre. This was my only point of stress, as I could not even use the clock on my cell phone being that it didn't work outside the U.S. So... if you don't plan on using the TV, bring your own alarm clock!! |

Plenty of free parking. Near to airport. Price of the room would have been good if it had been more comfortable and we had managed to sleep. Small room, with separate bathroom. The room was not dark - the glowing light on the ceiling kept us awake all night. This hotel would suit insomniacs afraid of the dark - but not anyone else who wants to feel compfortable enough to actually manage to get to sleep. We did not sleep much at all in this room. It felt too bright, too uncomfortable and too airless. The matress was hard and not of good quality. The name of the hotel up the wall inside the bedroom also seemed a bit too much. A shame the room was not more comfortable, as it is a good idea - some more normal priced accommodation near Heathrow is long overdue. If it had been darker and on a nicer matress, we would have used it again. However, you have not got it right yet, so it's not for us. Best avoided. |

Easy parking. Room as described. I thought it might be claustrophibic - no window - but the fresh air system worked well. Don't go expecting a luxury hotel with hotel facilities. It is a clean, comfortable place to sleep near a major airport, and at a good price. The handbasin had one lever tap, no plug, and to get the water hot you first had to get splashed. |

easy to get there. Ventilation in room was appaling, could not control it myself and it was far too hot, despite me asking reception to turn it down. |
