Cheap , Clean , well located , friendly staff .

Price. Bed comfortable

Couldn't open window, very plasticky, bit claustrophobic. Not as near to airport as I thought.

Staff and decor very pleasant. Loved watching the aircraft and foxes in the morning.

Had to buy a kettle and a hot water bottle to enjoy a comfortable stay. Vending machines are poor value and I missed having tea facilities in the room - I stayed for 5 nights!

Handy and close to Heathrow/Thorpe Park the 2 places my family were near

Rooms very claustrophobic, I certainly would struggle to stay there for more than 1 night. Luckily there was a pub and take away food outlets nearby otherwise we would have starved :)

You should be able to have a young family of 5 in the same room, - also if you have to split the family you should have the option of joining rooms

the beds always made noise all the time when ever we moved around to get up or something and if someone is sleeping than they wake up that's really really bad hated that

For the cost of the hotel very good value. Staff really helpful and polite nothing seemed to much trouble For the price we paid it obviously is not the Ritz but we would stay here again most certainly.

The only thing we would alter is that although you can order a meal out if you do not like Indian or Pizza there is no other choice. There are eating places nearby but we were snowed in for two days so had do go with the flow but again staff were great and did everything to help

The rooms are like pigeon holes, and you have to give advance even to get tv remote

Great price and perfectly adequate for a one night stay to ensure you don't miss your flight.

The room was rather hot and we couldn't find any way to regulate it

The amenities were non-existent. Our room had just the 2 beds. No table, nightstands, no rugs, no pictures. In short nowhere to put anything.

am suggesting made be you guy can have a family room size that someone can have a light kitchen to propare food for the family
