Wi_Fi didn't work. Towels. Room too small.
very small room with small double bed right up against the wall
It was clean.
The size of your room for the price was extremely small. I couldn't access wifi on my laptop because they didn't have new plug in cords that work for modern laptops.
Clean and friendly with respectful staff. Good price for london.
The mattress and pillows were not to my likeing.
Nice and clean good location
Room was a single room with a three quarter sized bed sold as a double room. The bed was pushed against the wall so person who slept on inside had to climb over the other to get out of bed.Room was so small we couldn't pass each other and bumped head on tv
A/C wasn't good. Price wasn't fare
Accessibility of this Hotel; Within easy reach of several tube stations, Museums are right across the road Staff are very pleasant and rooms perfectly clean.
The only drawback was the very slow internet speed.
Location and price. For London good vfm
Noisy bedroom no double glazing
Location to tube station. safe. Air conditioning. Walking distance to Harrods e.g. Nice shopping area nearby. Good to have a Tesco in the area.
No problems with hotel, but I would have liked a small fridge in the room- would be great for water etc.
Locations good although Gloucester Station closed
We thought breakfast was included until presented with the account Stored luggage for a couple of days at extortionate 10 EBP per case per day- only taking cash no card. Rude reception staff, who didn't help with luggage after asking twice; at 4am when I was juggling 3 cases and an 84 year old mother Have been charged for two bookings on my visa card - this will be contested via visa & booking.com Poor Wifi Extremely small room- asked for twin beds and got a double and single in a room that held barely a double bed.
Room and bathroom without windows
Enough to want to return.
No chance of lounging on a comfy chair or sofa as there was hardly space in my single-bedded room in which to swing a dead cat.
The location was great, everything was nearby.
The rooms were very small and there was no transport from airport or to airport, you had to get it yourself. There was a very small lift.
Great location, close to the Natural History Museum, Kensington. Worth it for the money. Small room, but sufficient for a single. Free fast internet access.
Room in the basement. You can't open the window due to noise outside.
Location is excellent
Lighting was dark. Very cold & noisy due to next to road. Weird handling on keeping lugguage as no tag system so people could mix up their bags
Location, cleanliness, staff helpfulness.
Single room was tiny, but clean and well equipped.
Size of room was ridiculous! Tiny double bed & then they put another single bed in there across the bottom so that when my husband & I walked in we were then stuck in a single line. One of us had to leave the room to let the other one pass!
Excellent location, and necessary facilities for a reasonably comfortable and convenient stay in London. Good access to local cafes and restaurants, tube and museum district.
Rooms very small with basic facilities. No doubt this keeps costs down...although hardly a budget option.
Location is excellent.
There were bed bugs on my bed in room 621. I am still having the itch and red marks around on my limbs. So please be looked into this so that the next guest won't be affected as well. Thanks.
Modern rooms, nice bathroom, good breakfast
Room was very small, even for me traveling with my daughter. For two average sized adults, it would have been very confined with respect to space
We arrived early in the morning and the staff did their best to accommodate us as quickly as possible
Location: South Kensington is worderfull and the hotel is in a nice area. Room are large and clean. Price is good if you consider London and Kensington. Staff is also OK!
Breakfast could be improved including the location
Staff were very helpful
It is near the underground , near the Royal Albert Hall & Hyde Park ( 5-10 min. of walking) . It is clean and the Queen's Gate neighbourhood is great.
The rooms could be larger and also the bathroom, but for a few nights it is ok .
Location was fantastic,10 minute walk from Royal Albert Hall and bars.
Ground floor room was dark and dingy. Walls were dirty and bathroom had a terrible smell of drains when using the shower. Kettle was also very dirty.
