It's a nice clean hotel - very well priced for the quality of rooms and location.
good location modern decor quiet room (we were at the back) very nice shower room comfortable beds
carpet slightly dirty room small but adequate especially for short stay would have liked machine for soft drinks and snacks
Good price for the Kensington area. Great location. Very easy access, close to several Tube stops.
Basic room, but it has everything you need.
The staff was great. Any thing you wanted they got for you.
You could set the breakfast table,as we had to find all our dishes ourself. Could we have a teapot as we had to keep getting up to do things. There was no wi-fi
rooms are very small
The location of the Hotel was good.
The size of our room was miniature. It was difficult for my wife and I even to mass each other around the bed. The cost, however, was doble anywhere else we stayed in England or Scotland.
Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
staff food convenience
cost of hotel/food
Rooms are too small. Theyre suffocating. Nothing much to offer with their menu.
I loved everything about the hotel, the staff was really nice and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, with plenty of space and clean.
I did not have time to analyse what I did not like
the location is very easy to go to the city center and also easy to find something to eat around south kensington.
the wifi quality is very poor I can't do anything with it. My room is located besides the road so the noise is very loud.
Quality fittings including very comfortable beds. Quiet, efficient air con. Great location. Clean.
Small room (but expected that)
Room was extemely small Our room was between floors, meaning we couldn't use the life The room felt out of date and not overly clean
The rate is to high
Just wanted a bed for after a concert located near to the Royal Albert Hall, and restaurants. This hotel is clean and simple with 24hr reception, no frills but with everything you require. On this occasion it suited our needs perfectly.
Beds were uncomfortable.
Room small next to cleanig cupboard noisy in morning
Great location. Handy for museums and Albert Hall. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and more than adequate for one night, which was what I wanted. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
There was very little drawer space or room to put down a suitcase, which would have been a nuisance for a longer stay. But for one night, which was what I wanted, was fine.
Good price Location Nice en-suite
Noisy room (junction of 2 busy roads) Corridors and carpets were scruffy
the pleasant staff
Everything! WI-Fi excellent
when i am in my room the wi fi is so poor in my room. so i would like to fix this problem soon as possible case the hotel it's amazing and i really like it
Proximity to the Royal Albert Hall. Location of bus stops very close.
Location, helpful staff
Noise, small rooms
The room was really noisy , no sleep at all . And the room is box size , which was quite shocking !! I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are desperate . The location is good , that's the only plus point I can think of . It's a bit of a squash and squeeze !!!
Literal across the road from Natural history museum. Compact and very convenient
Very small and not much room to move
