The hotel is basic but clean and the staff were friendly. It is ideally located, close to Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and over the road from The National History Museum. |

location which is why we chose it Only one panel of double glazing in room 309 the other half was missing and the traffic noise and sirens made sleep impossible, the water in the sink in bathroom was really slow going down so sink was always dirty and left luggage room was unsecured and no receipt or anything - didn't expect to find our cases when we went back and we would never stay there again. |

Location was good for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington and Knightsbridge. Decor was shabby, room was clean but very basic - no furniture at all except bed! |

The proximity to the Royal Albert Hall and other central London attractions alied to good transport links The Hotel is very tired and needs a complete overhaul, our roomwas extremely small, not very clean and it would be hard to guess when the windows, which would not close properly were last cleaned. The wall behind the bed was damp and on the second night the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. |

External presentation of building was good, very much in line with the rest of the hotels along the road, staff were friendly Inside the lift was unclean beyond description, it seemed that people had forgotten what a hoover was for. |

They did not seem to know what a hoover was. The room was in desperate need of redecoration. The bathroom was disgusting with thick black mold on the ceiling and I had to unblock the shower cubicle to ensure the water could run away. It was amazing that they had managed to squeeze a double bed in - it was the world's smallest double room! |

it was an adequate hotel room with clean and beds comfy. ideally placed for Royal Albert hall and suitable to use as a base. Room very small, and shabby. Not an ideal space to spend any length of time. felt like a hostel |

No fleas. The room looked safe and reasonably clean. It even had a TV! Broken things were present when I arrived, and were not fixed after complain. These were the bathroom light and the shower holder (the piece that holds the shower and allows you to put it in different positions). I honestly can't get accostumed to hotel prices in England! It is incredible how much a hotel charges for a 3m2 area, just with a bed and a shower. |

Close to Royal Albert Hall and Natural History Museum. No frills hotel and should say so. Staff were polite and helpful. Basic small room and facilities, duff TV. No bathroom toiletries except hand soap. |

The location was excellent. Our floor had dust sheets on the carpets and paint cans stacked ready for use and boxes of tiles that we had to negoitiate around. Our room was very poorly kept, very old decoration and tiles missing off the floor of the bathroom. |

The costumer service was extraordinary and so was the location of the hotel. The toilet did not flush right and the showers were discussing. |
