Está relativamente bien situado, cerca del metro y en 15 minutos del centro en autobus.

La habitación es pequeña, limpia pero todo muy viejo. El baño necesita una buena reforma. No me gustó que querían cobrarnos 5 libras por maleta una vez abandonada la habitación.

El personal era bastante atento y comunicativo. Ante las quejas reaccionaban bien. Era lo mejor del hotel.

La habitacion y sobre todo el baño. Tuve que quejarme porque las habitaciones no se parecen en nada a la de la foto de publicidad. Hay humedad, suciedad y olor a podrido por todas partes. La cama era muy pequeña para ser doble y tenia todos los muelles fuera. Me levantaba siempre con un dolor de espalda horrible. Hay mucho ruido de la calle. Era imposible descansar bien.

Cramped very basic rooms

Everything from the bathroom basin being blocked to the state of the shower cubicle which was so disgusting, I waited until I got home. There were no cupboards to put clothes. Luckily we were only there for 1 night.

The location was very good for our requirements which were related to visiting tourist locations.

It was a noisy location, The carpets were grubby. We had to ask for the toilet seat to be repaired, replacement of dirty/stained bedcover and we had to repair curtain that wouldnt close despite reporting it.

Well situated for theatre & sightseeing.

Room needed more pillows & a chair. Corridors needed attention.

Only one panel of double glazing in room 309 the other half was missing and the traffic noise and sirens made sleep impossible, the water in the sink in bathroom was really slow going down so sink was always dirty and left luggage room was unsecured and no receipt or anything - didn't expect to find our cases when we went back and we would never stay there again.

Location was good for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Decor was shabby, room was clean but very basic - no furniture at all except bed!

Very kind staff.

Room was cold, neighbors were loud, room was ditry, bed uncomfortable, no shampoo, hard to find.

The proximity to the Royal Albert Hall and other central London attractions alied to good transport links

The Hotel is very tired and needs a complete overhaul, our roomwas extremely small, not very clean and it would be hard to guess when the windows, which would not close properly were last cleaned. The wall behind the bed was damp and on the second night the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom.

External presentation of building was good, very much in line with the rest of the hotels along the road, staff were friendly

Inside the lift was unclean beyond description, it seemed that people had forgotten what a hoover was for.
