Very close to National History Museum and South Kensington tube. Basic breakfast, but expected. Best to eat out if you have high expectations. |

Everything from the bathroom basin being blocked to the state of the shower cubicle which was so disgusting, I waited until I got home. There were no cupboards to put clothes. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. |

It was in a very convenient location for our purposes - close to Kensington and good for buses/taxis etc. Hotel very dingy - room was in basement which was very dark and poorly decorated. Room very small and badly ventilated. Windows did not open - no air conditioning. Only air came through a hole in one of the window panes where a small vent had obviously been removed. Apart from the lack of fresh air it also made the room uncomfortable hot. The toilet did not flush properly which meant there was permanently waste in it. |

The location was very good for our requirements which were related to visiting tourist locations. It was a noisy location, The carpets were grubby. We had to ask for the toilet seat to be repaired, replacement of dirty/stained bedcover and we had to repair curtain that wouldnt close despite reporting it. |

We did not enjoy staying at the hotel. It was not what we expected. The room was cramped. Toilet/shower was also very small. Hoped to have a bath. |

The hotel is basic but clean and the staff were friendly. It is ideally located, close to Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and over the road from The National History Museum. |

location which is why we chose it Only one panel of double glazing in room 309 the other half was missing and the traffic noise and sirens made sleep impossible, the water in the sink in bathroom was really slow going down so sink was always dirty and left luggage room was unsecured and no receipt or anything - didn't expect to find our cases when we went back and we would never stay there again. |

the location was fine for what we needed it for the bed was not a double in any of the rooms we look in only a three quarter and one of our rooms was down the fire escape off the landing with dirty towels etc on the stairs we complain when we arrived and was shown another room but this was dirty and very scruffy |

The proximity to the Royal Albert Hall and other central London attractions alied to good transport links The Hotel is very tired and needs a complete overhaul, our roomwas extremely small, not very clean and it would be hard to guess when the windows, which would not close properly were last cleaned. The wall behind the bed was damp and on the second night the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. |

External presentation of building was good, very much in line with the rest of the hotels along the road, staff were friendly Inside the lift was unclean beyond description, it seemed that people had forgotten what a hoover was for. |

They did not seem to know what a hoover was. The room was in desperate need of redecoration. The bathroom was disgusting with thick black mold on the ceiling and I had to unblock the shower cubicle to ensure the water could run away. It was amazing that they had managed to squeeze a double bed in - it was the world's smallest double room! |
