lo que más nos ha gustado es que era muy tranquilo y el patio dentral es muy bonito en el baño echamos en falta unas baldas para poder dejar los objetos personales de higiene y eso hace que resulten un poco incómodo |

Los desayunos son muy buenos, las habitaciones son mas bien chicas, pero si no llevas mucho equipaje... estan bien. Es un hotel que no queda en city center, pero con un bus, se llega rapidamente (5 minutos) y este pasa por la puerta del hotel. Bien precio/calidad Yo tuve un problema puntual con el agua caliente, pero me lo arreglaron bastante pronto. |

Lugar interesante y típico inglés. Si las circuntancias familiares persisten volveríamos sin ningún problema. Actualmente está en obras y con los andamios pierde en estética pero en realidad como nos llevábamos todo el día fuera no nos ha molestado el posible ruido. |

Good, had one of the backrooms so it was pleasantly quiet, good connection to the city, good service and I was surprised to find a bathtub in my bathroom, very nice !! That you had to pay extra for breakfast |

We had an evening meal which was good value. Also the breakfasts had a good choice of menu. We were in a front facing room which was subject to traffic noise. |

I booked the Edgbaston and was put into the Caviler which was not the hotel booked I would have had to go out side and walk a short distance to eat at the hotel I had originally booked there woulkd be no one in the hotel I was staying in over night I did not think that this was acceptable in the end I was moved to the hotel I booked. |

Previously we've stayed in the main building and the bed was a double bed - with double bed mattress - this time it was 2 singles - not as comfortable! |

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent both for breakfast and the restaurant/bar food in the evenings. Good value for money. My room was facing the main road and so was subject to road noise. |

The Hotel staff are friendly, rooms are extremly lively and clean with all matching interior. Beautiful outside sitting and walking area with countryside feeling at the back of the hotel. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful I wasn't happy that we had to walk over to the next building for our room. I didn't like that it hadn't been designed properly as a hotel and was just a victorian house with strange steps everywhere. I didn't like the bed - it was weird and not comfortable and the bath wasn't comfortable to bathe in with this stupid jacuzzi system that looked very cheap.. The carpet had stains on it, the table hadn't been wiped and was sticky. The worst part of all was that there were collections of black bugs above our heads in the recesses. It was awful. They were all moving around and when we woke up they were on the bed - disgusting. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were in a rush to go to a concert, I would have gone elsewhere - just awful |

in all truth the hotel is clean and well located but thats about it its run like aglorified hostel. What kind of hotel keeps its doors locked all the time and you are not allowed to have visitors in your hotel room. some of the staff were near rude. |
