Poorly located to access Royal Mile. Good standard for food provided at all times. However more access outside needs of push chairs and other such aids. Cot not provided as requested. Room bins not emptied. |

Cheap, good bus connection to the city, quiet at night time, internet facilities and kiosk, great buffet breakfast. The room looked very dreary and the tap water tastes like evil (though I suspect the latter is not their fault..) |

Position, cost particularly for single guests. The food at breakfast was excelent once you got it. I booked for 4 people. one of the single rooms had no tv and the bed was stained.Breakfast was chaotic with very little organised flow leading to frustration. |

Is good in day o week time, but for weekend you cannot find noone of the staff on the way or the phone. I arrived Saturday night and never they answered the phone, it was impossible to find the way to the reception or someone who help me, its long way from the bus stop and there are no signals how to get in the hotel. very bad light from the bus stop to the reception. So many doors locked and no signal where is the way in. In the mornings the doors of the all rooms have problem, because all them are very noise (it doesn`t close easy) so the noise of doors weak up me both days. |

The Room was Clean the location was safe and was good value considering it was within 2 miles of a centre of a European Capital City. At a Total cost of £36.00 per night, its good value safe and clean. The Room did not have a TV, however this should not put anyone off booking a room here |

Friendly staff, 24 hr reception, really good and know their stuff, breakfast, views when not raining, location probably not bad but didn't get much opportunity to see what was around, Fair Trade, good conference facilities. Mattresses poor I stayed in two rooms. First mattresss not great. In second room mattress worse. Changed it when I asked and second one had no springs coming through but was very solid. I asked for and got second blanket and remade bed, helped a bit. But I did end up with bruised hip. Very difficult on dark wet night to find your "house" on first arrival. |

good price easy access to city friendly staff nice setting good breakfast was quite difficult, and scary as a woman on my own, to find way to right part in the dark -could the names of the various halls, and sections of them, be better illuminated? |

The room was clean, the staff friendly and unintrusive - the shower facilities were compact but good quality. There was quite a bit of building work going on on-site so the noise levels in the morning weren't great - also the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and was very thin. |
