The guest house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owners took great effort to see that our needs were met. On the day we could not make breakfast....they packed us a very full sack of goodies. It was fun to experience a bit of scotland...through the beauty of the home itself and the food and welcome of our hosts. I will definitely stay here again!

Lizzie and Gary are absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly accomadating and helpful with sightseeing suggestions and directions. Our guestroom was perfect; recently redone, comfortable and well furnished. We couldn't have asked for anywhere better on our weekend trip to Edinburgh!

Owners were very helpful and gave useful information. The car parking facilities provided made it much easier to enjoy Edinburgh without the cost of town centre car parking. The centre is an easy bus ride away or a 45 minute walk.

Il calore, l'accoglienza e la proffessionalità dello staff, La pulizia il buon gusto e la luminosità delle camere e della Guest House in generale. La buona qualità dei cibi e delle pietanze presentati per la prima colazione, più che abbondante fra l'altro..Il parcheggio privato interno incluso nel costo.. La vicinanza del centro cittadino e da Hollyrood Park. Inoltre la zona è molto ben servita dalle innumerevoli linee della Lothian Buses. (Su internet è possibile e consigliabile scaricare la "Route Map" per il giorno/notte dove sono descritte tutte le linee le destinazioni ecc..) Inoltre nelle vicinanze si possono trovare locali tipo Pub e negozi per le varie spese.. Insomma un'ottimo posto in cui soggiornare se si va ad Edinburgo!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en gastheer- en gastvrouw. Zeer behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. Prima bedden. Het guesthouse ligt ongeveer op 20 a 25 minuten lopen van het centrum. Er gaan wel veel bussen, dus langer dan 5 minuten wachten hoeft nooit.

Am Kingsway Guest House hat uns am meisten die Freundlichkeit von Lizzie und Gary gefallen. Extrem gastfreundlich und nett. Außerdem ist das Guest House ruhig gelegen, in einer halben Stunde erreicht man bequem zu Fuß die Stadt hat aber auch gute Busanbindung.

Nous avons adoré l'attention que nos hôtes (Lizzie et Gary) nous ont porté. Ils étaient tres attentifs à nos besoins.Toujours avec un grand sourire , et cependant tres discret , Le dernier jour où nous partions très tôt 4h30 ils nous ont préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter très tres complet. De service was super: bustour voor ons geregeld na overleg van de mogelijkheden per mail, waarbij we bij het hotel opgehaald werden Bij vertrek 's morgens om 5 uur taxi geregeld en meeneemontbijt stond klaar in de koelkast. Gezellige ontbijtruimte met grote keuze aan soort ontbijt (schots, continentaal of days special) dat op afgesproken tijd vers wordt klaargemaakt. Rustige straat met om de hoek een doorgaande weg, waar veel bussen naar het centrum rijden. Lopen naar het centrum langs restaurantjes en winkeltjes duurt ongeveer 20 minuten. We gaan zeker een keertje terug naar Edinburgh en zullen dan ook graag weer overnachten in Kingsway Guest House.
