The service was very good. They gave us a free room upgrade. We stayed in the new Spa Building which was modern stylish. Our breakfast was included and they were able to accommodate our gluten free diet (delicious bread !). Also the bathrooms had a separate bathtub and shower which was easily negotiable for my older parents.

Lizzie and Gary are absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly accomadating and helpful with sightseeing suggestions and directions. Our guestroom was perfect; recently redone, comfortable and well furnished. We couldn't have asked for anywhere better on our weekend trip to Edinburgh!

The guest house was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owners took great effort to see that our needs were met. On the day we could not make breakfast....they packed us a very full sack of goodies. It was fun to experience a bit of scotland...through the beauty of the home itself and the food and welcome of our hosts. I will definitely stay here again!

Owners were very helpful and gave useful information. The car parking facilities provided made it much easier to enjoy Edinburgh without the cost of town centre car parking. The centre is an easy bus ride away or a 45 minute walk.

Gary was an excellent host from the get go. We got in late because of snow, but he welcomed us with maps and helpful hints on what to do/see in Edinburgh. The B&B far exceeded our expectations, the rooms are decorated nicely, they have free parking, wireless internet and easy access to the downtown core. Breakfast was lovely and the rooms were impeccably clean and complete with tons of old world charm! I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Sctoland..what a great trip!

La estancia en el Kingsway ha sido estupenda. Gary y Lizzi son encantadores, amables, acogedores y muy disponibles. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias y el desayuno muy bueno y abundante. La casa está muy bien comunicada con el centro con autobuses si no quieres ir andando,que se tarda una media hora de paseo. La zona es my bonita y a tan sólo 15 min andando de Holyrood Park y The Meadows. Desde luego, cuando vuelva a Edimburgo, volveré a Kingsway. No tengo nada negativo que decir.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en gastheer- en gastvrouw. Zeer behulpzaam. Lekker ontbijt. Prima bedden. Het guesthouse ligt ongeveer op 20 a 25 minuten lopen van het centrum. Er gaan wel veel bussen, dus langer dan 5 minuten wachten hoeft nooit.

Am Kingsway Guest House hat uns am meisten die Freundlichkeit von Lizzie und Gary gefallen. Extrem gastfreundlich und nett. Außerdem ist das Guest House ruhig gelegen, in einer halben Stunde erreicht man bequem zu Fuß die Stadt hat aber auch gute Busanbindung.
