The apartment was very nice and in a quiet location. It's quite far from the centre of Edinburgh but the bus service is very good. There is still a lot of building work going on so the views etc are still not at their best. |

Such a large apartment with all we needed and more for a budget price! A bus ride away from the city but buses frequent and cheap so wasn't put off |

Good location...once we found it! Clean and plenty big enough for a family of 4. In new condition. Minor criticisms really. Views of scrub land and skip. Cooker faulty and with no instructions. Barest minimum of crockery, cultlery etc |

1. Good Size appartment ( 850 Sq Ft) 1. Rooms were not clean. The bedsheets and pillow were not washed . In the kitchen you can smell food -in general low hygine levels . No change of bedsheets, towel or pillow cover for 3 days we stayed( we were told that these are changed every 7 days!) 2. The cooking range, tooster ( filled with burned bread crumps) etc are all heavly used . Very low end furnishing most of the white goods are low end models purchased from ASAD.Our appartment was not directly see facing and just got glimses of the sea and of a broken ship !!. Cost £10 to get to city center( Had to wait 45 mins for next bus )each side and is must as you can't rely on buses. Have to clean the room before you check out else theycan cut the deposite( yes £300 taken checkin time! |

We enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we please or eat and drink when we wanted to - basically the overall independence. The view of the Forth was great (of course, it will be better when the building site has gone!) The car park was in an extremely poor and dirty condition, the entrance door did not close properly, the door to our apartment looked like it had been broken into at some time? |

We have taken short breaks before staying in Hotel Rooms and the extra space here makes a big difference. The decor is not mega expensive but it is stylish, good kitchen, glass dining table, proper flatscreen TV, stylish comfy sofas. We found the beds very comfortable, ensuite shower was huge plus additional bathroom. Kids loved their room and we liked the privacy. Lots of cupboard space so you can put suitcase and clothes away. We did not have a sea view but apartment block is right on sea front and it is beautiful. The Royal Yacht Brittania is moored further along the quay by a nice shopping mall, and there is a big Asda - you will need a couple of bits and bats. Very helpful to have the car - easy to find on Tom-Tom. The £200 deposit was not such a problem as we knew about it from here. They are tired in the evening and don't want to trudge over to apartment, but there is an inventory and you can let them know if anything is missing, although they are not bothered about small things, they just don't want you to trash the place. It would have helped to have a dustpan and brush, and there was a muddy mark (not huge) on the master bedroom floor, which raised the thought that the rest of the carpet might not be all that clean. |

Good view of the water, but a long way from the city center - always about a ten pound taxi ride each way. |

I liked the view from the apartment also the 24 supermarket that was right beside the apartment. Also liked that there was a bus service that went from the apartments right into Edinburgh city. That you could get the bus back at night. I did not like the way that you had to check in at two. We were there 10 in the morning there was no where we could put are bags we had to leave them in a corner were they could be seen by anyone. Why not have a room were people can put them. Also checking out at 10 in the morning why not 12 midday. The 200 pounds we had to pay as a security deposit we did not know before hand. The man on the reception could of being more helpful. |

Apart from a minor problem with the TV which was quickly fixed we thought that the apartment represented remarkable value for money. The no.10 bus was very convenient and provided transport to Edinburgh city centre every half-hour. The gentleman in reception was very pleasant and efficient. The apartment was furnished in quite a basic manner but everything we really needed was there. The bed was comfoertable. Perhaps a little more attention should be paid to the overall standard of cleanliness, although it would be wrong to say that the apartment was dirty. |

reception a bit confusing not as simple as checking into a hotel which made us feel a bit apprehensive about what to expect from the apartment. From the secure parking area upwards the apartments were first class immaculate and extremely spacious even had a balcony with views of edinburgh castle and forth rail bridge. Absolutely ace for city breaks |

After reading some reviews, was expecting the worst, but pleasantly surprised at the apartment. Clean and spacious and some great views across the Forth. The only thing I could fault was the bed. All pretty uncomfortable and in fact my wife suffered so much we had to cut short our stay. Shame as the apartment was really nice. |

Everything!! This place is strongly recommended. Impressive Large rooms, lovely kitchen, perfect view, facilities, large beds, leather sofas, free WiFi, satellite TV, sparkling toilet and showers. 1. We arrived at 10 pm and the reception office was closed. It was raining and windy and we did not know what to do or were to go. No public phone around so I asked someone to call the management so they could send someone. They did, but it was kind of incontinent. 2. It is a bit hard to find. |

This is a new, spacious and well equipped apartment. It is far from the city center, but easily accessible by bus number 10. The apartment had no funds for cleaning (broom or brush). No hangers for clothing in the hallway and no any hooks for clothes in the bathroom and shower. |

Our apartment on the waterfront was very homely and we were surprised when we got there at the quality and size of it for the money we had paid. It was excellent value for money for a short city break. The location is a little out of the city centre, but there is a regular bus service right on the doorstep of the complex that goes straight into the centre. |
