The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life!!! The treatment of guests by the staff and especially the receptionist is absolutely terrible!!!! The adress given by the hotel is wrong and not even the receptionist knew the right one! We spent 30 minutes finding that place, asking locals the way!!!!!! All the payments must be done beforehand, including the extraservices which are by the way 50 pounds each! If you happen to lose your doorkey you have to pay 100 pounds each. This lifetime experience ruined our whole stay in Edinburgh.

Late check in and room was under maintenance. Disgraceful. Carpets up, no bedding, tools all over the place. Had to wait for over an hour and half to be transferred to other room

The location was not right in the city but only a 10 minute drive which suited us perfectly. A 10 minute walk to a big new Asda was convienient too! Lovely apartment with all the mod cons and was warm with the radiators. I didn't like the unhelpful and rude duty manager on the day we arrived who was a complete dickhead and made me regret booking in. The owner (I assume) however was as nice as pie and without him I would have been £1,500 out of pocket without a nice thing to say about the place. I think you should give the duty manager a written warning or at least some customer service training.

The Apartments are well located and within easy reach of Edinburgh city centre. The local asda was very convenient for shopping of food and other items. This was ideal for our group. We were not made aware of reception working limited hours during Christmas holidays at the time of booking.

The hotel staff and the tv did not work properly. I also had to pay a late check out fee which is £10 per hour and the only reason I went for a late check out was because I was kept awake most of the night by others in the complex. Would not stay again.

It suits our needs v well. It is clean, spacious, v good location for us and always reasonably priced. We previously had a problem over charges for a no show which wasn't entirely our fault but the management din't reach a compromise with us. The appartments latterly weren't always clean when we arrived, especially the smell so we hadn't visited for over a year. We have been twice recently, however, and we have been v pleased with appartments in terms of quality and value.

Really nice and clean place to stay, lovely views of the Firth of Forth and nice walks along the shore line... We found the apartment great value for money and lovely and clean too. Close to the shops and bus just outside to take you in to the city center. A really lovely place to go for a nice break and we will be more than happy to return again in the future... thank you,,,,,,,,,,, Would have prefered a proper double bed rather than two twin beds zipped together and chest of drawers in bedroom were a little basic. Just a too early to get out of apartment even if it was just an hour later would be great thanks................

Hi The apartment was better than we expected - much better in fact. Spotlessly clean, marvellous view and with just about everything you could think of, available. Will definitely go again. The young man on reception was particularly polite and friendly. It was a real pleasure. the sofa was uncomfortable after a while.

Great location. Apartment well equipped and clean. Good to have a dishwasher and that basic items supplied for the length of stay such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar and dishwater tabs and washing up liquid. Very efficient booking in and out. Bus stop only a couple of minutes away with bused going in to the centre of Edinburgh meant it was very economical to get round Edinburgh by buying a daily bus pass. We were expecting a one bed-roomed apartment but we were actually in a two bed- roomed apartment with two bathrooms. View over the water was terrific Nearest recycling is at Asda which isn't that convenient when you don't have a car.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a short trip with a young child. The secure parking was a bonus in a city which is notoriously short on parking.
