The location was good as the bus stop taking you into the centre of Edinburgh is directly opposite the complex These are really budget apartments. The 3 bedroom apt. that we were allocated only had one shower between 6 adults for 4 days. The apartment could 'loosely' be called furnished but with the cheapest, tackiest furniture that I have seen in a long time and not enough crockery for the 6 of us had we wanted to eat together. The blinds were totally inadequate and were of the cheapest quality. We eventually got upgraded to the Penthouse which improved things in that we at least had 2 showers but no improvement in the quality really. It was not really like a hotel-apartment. They obviously have had problems selling these apartments to residential buyers so have decided to utilise this problem by renting them out as short term holiday rentals but with the bare minimum of expense. |

Very peaceful. Beutiful view and a lovely set out apartment. Although the apartment was new/modern and it had everything we needed, there were many things that needed finishing off in the apartment. These did not detract from our stay of 2 nights but if staying longer this could be annoying, e.g. No towel racks, no door-stoppers, down lights not fitted properly, some boxes in cupboards still to clear away, some scuff marks from builders. |

I had stayed at this place before, but on this occasion they did not come up to there usual standards. No toiletries and the room was not as clean as it could have been. Some utensils mising from the kitchen area. ie for instance there was only one wine glass, not the usual three ? Complacency of the staff, when trying to get th things we needed. Not very helpful |

There was no car parking space available even after being promised one before booking. Took a lot of hassel to get one finally, two blocks away from the appartment. Very difficult with young children. |

Close to bus stop for a 15 minute ride to city centre. Very quiet, nice view over the water once you got past the unfinished building yard. Warm, clean, spacious Building was unfinished and interior finish left a bit to be desired. Garage door didn't work and there was not a complete fit out of things such as crockery etc. However these things were inconvenient rather than a major problem and overall our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this apartment |

The apartments was very well maintained, clean with modern decor. Views of harbour from the comfort of the sofa were also beautiful. would highly recommend to friends/family. Only downside was to this hotel was the early 10 am checkout time.I think 12 oclcok checkout would be a lot better.giving customers more time to get ready without rushing to leave. |

Fantastic views and plenty of space made this ideal for our family group. We had three appartments and the larger, 3-bedded one was ideal for all thirteen of us to congregate and eat together. The convenient 24 hour ASDA made shopping for food, newspapers very simple. Good bus service into Edinburgh. Would have found some serving dishes useful - what was provided seems to differ between apartments. |

Colse to transport, shops, attractions, parking, security, comfortable beds and pillows, no smoking, no pets, tea and coffee in the room. Hook on the wall for bath towel missing which should be by the sliding door. Health and safety issue! only 1 bar of soap there should be 2 one for hand wash and oter for bath |

The Hotel had a good feel & the rooms had space & a view over the north sea being a wheelchair user access was not a problem The complex where the hotel is is not yet finished workers were not working whilst I stayed (bank Holiday) could be noisy & dusty. |

Clost to local transportation, ASDA, and resturants. View was Great! Overall Great for the $$$. Will stay there again. The unit kitchen was very dirty - stove greasy. The unit need several little maintenance items fixed - lights out, window did not open, etc.etc. |

Easy car secure parking. Great views apartnment. Spacious apartmnet. Make sure you get a key for the car park lift door! There was no key for the doors from inside the basement car park to to the lift access. Once car was parked, if lift access door had been locked from inside (which it usually was) I had to try and get out of the car park through the car shutters. When asked about this I was told there was no key for door. |

Brand new buildings and apartment complex. Unfortunately, the quality of the materials and finishing is not the best I've seen. |

The apartment was gorgeous and it's a shame we didn't have time to spend longer in it! We wanted to book again for family in August but the prices have sky-rocketed from wht we paid this week so probably won't be ble to. :-( |

The accessibility into town ie bus routes and parking facilities The Key to the car park didn't work and it wasn't clear which parking bays were allocated to the appartment.Or in fact if two were actually allocated. We obviously had two vehicals as there were six staying at the appartment. |

I liked the privacy you feel you have there The surprise of a 200 deposit. The poor state of cleanliness in the flat. the lack of cutlery etc supplied. No cloths, towels or soap in the kitchen. |

the hotel is good because there is a wonderful sea view from the room we're stay, and the design is morden, very suit to young people, we're very enjoyable during these two nights! btw,the staff in the reception is pretty nice. they didnt change the bedding during we stay,, it's a little far away from the city center, and the postcode they gave was wrong, didn't match the street name. |

Really good value for money, rooms were big, bright and clean. Front of house service was pretty poor and lacked a bit of personality. Also was pretty hard to find for people without Sat Navs (although thats not really your fault!). |

Fantastic position on waterfront-5th floor up with great view over the Firth of Forth. Fa tastic for families. Can park in secure underground car park with lift straight up to apart ent door. Bus (10) outside apartments only 20 mins into city centre. Leith, the area you are in, has charm and history of it's own though. Make sure you print off instructions to get there as I relied on satnav and we ended up way off. Staff helpful in guiding us in though. |
