Det var nytt og fint og store oppholdsrom Noen av tingene virket ikke helt ferdig. Gulvbelegg bad så ikke ferdig ut. Persiennene på ett av soverommene var ikke festet sikkelig. Det var heller ikke varmtvann. |

Large apartment with all the required facilities for our stay. Well positioned in the new development at the harbour but with excellent public transport into the city on the doorstep. Difficult to find, not being familiar with the area and with all the roadworks being undertaken in the city resulting in numerous divertions. |

ease of access to bus link into town and local restaurants we found that the staff were not clear on whether the accomodation was an apartment or a hotel apartment as regard towel changes/bed making which did not happen during our 4 night stay. The rooms were provided with complimentary tea bags sugar etc and shampoo and shower gel as per a hotel but when asked whether we should have had towels changed and bed made reply was they are apartments only? |

I am a regular visitor to these apartments and have never found them anything less than immaculate and comfortable to the utmost, also great value for money for the space and privacy you get. |

Lovely apartment, nice view, only 2 and half mile to centre. Some folk must be incredibly lazy if they think that it is too far from centre. |

As usual (I am a regular visitor), check-in was quick and apartment immaculate. Incredible value for money and definitely one of the best Edinburgh has to offer if you can bear the necessary bus/taxi ride into town (there is really nowhere to walk to except a couple of pubs and a shopping mall). The apartments are modern and roomy with plenty of friendly touches eg free tea, coffee, toiletries. |

Overall the quality of the accommodation was excellent, the secure underground parking made ease of access via the lifts to the apartments simple. The Waterfront Cafe could not adequately cope with large numbers attending for breakfast - We were a party of 20 golfers requiring a breakfast between 8.30 and 9.00 however most were not served until after 9.30. - the breakfast was however very good when it arrived. Also the TVs in a couple of rooms had extremely poor reception. |

Quiet. There are no directions anywhere indicating the Hot-el-apartments, making then very, very, diffivult to find. The freezer was completely frozen and there was a broken drawer in the wardrobe closet....clearly no one had checked the apartment. Lastly and the most unacceptable was the requirement to leave £200 credit card deposit for any damage caused??? What is that all about and it was not c |
