Excellent value for money. I couldn't have expected more for such a deal. The access to free gym facilities ( sauna, steam bath etc.) is an absolute bonus ! |

Our room was well presented and furnished (recently refurbished), and the staff were attentive and very helpful. High standards for a 3* hotel. No option for room service breakfast; and the restaurant breakfast buffet wasn't fantastic. Location was a little far out of the centre- which meant either a £15 taxi ride or 30min bus journey...although I realise that this is a comprimise based on the excellent hotel rate! |

We checked in mid morning and was told our rooms were not yet allocated. As it was during the Fringe, we advised the staff that we would be in late but we were assured that as we had checked in, there would not be a problem. However when we arrived later on, we had not been checked in and did not receive the rooms we had originally booked ie double room as opposed to twin beds. |

nephew cut foot on peice of glass on floor, room had not been cleaned sufficientley, when it was reported to staff that it should be entered into accident book, no one knew what to do??? |

the view was amazing, the style and feel of the hotel was amazing,
when we arrived we booked an early morning call for the next day for 8.30 am, we got it at 7.30 am, after our 3 day stay we ordered an early morning call for 5.30am , we did not get it at all, i told the desk staff that if i had a flight to catch i wouldnt be happy at all about missing it. by luck we woke up our selves at 6.00am. |

The location, the room and the staff were excellent. the eating facilities were also very good and good selection on food on the menu. The only problem was the disco on the Saturday night did not finish until 1am and when you have to be up and do a 5 hour journey it was not good. The rooms above the Adams suite should be kept for these guests who were attending the function. I would in future ask for a room away from the function suite, but the stay was still enjoyable |
