Silêncio. Devem diminuir o custo do café da manhã, colocar internet gratuita, reduzir o custo das ligações telefônicas e colocar os acessórios de banheiro (sabonete, shampoo, touca etc.). |

O hall do hotel e facilidades de entrada têm bom aspecto e o hotel é um local relativamente calmo. O quarto parecia pouco limpo e com má insonorização. Bastava o barulho de abrir/fechar porta no corredor que parecia estar no nosso quarto. |

The bedrooms were the best thing about this hotel, the room was spotless & the bed was very comfertable We dined in the hotel on our first night we were very dissapointed in the portions the were tiny.We were still hungry after our meal. |

Our room was well presented and appeared to have recently been decorated. There was a good fitness club and the restaurant had a reasonable selection of menus for all tastes. On the Saturday night of our stay there was a wedding reception. Even though we stayed on the third floor the noise was enough to ensure we did not get any sleep. This was not helped by the hotel staff rearranging the furniture in the reception room at 4 o'clock am which again helped to ensure a sleep free night! The road noise from the main road past the front of the hotel was also very annoying |
