From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, nothing was too much trouble, Our room was of the highest quality. The Cumberland breakfast was excellent (we did not need a lunch). I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to thank The Edwardene staff for a very enjoyable stay. |

The welcome was excellent and the staff keen to please. The rooms were very clean and tastefully furnihed, bed comfortable, and tea/coffee facilities available. The parking was limited in the area. |

Excellent breakfast, good location. The room was quite small and not particularly well laid out. Expensive for what it is. |

A very comfortable and homely hotel with extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Cleanliness and attention to detail were second to none. It was very clear that every effort has been made to make each guest's stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and immaculately presented. Location was ideal - a quiet street just 5 mins walk from town centre. Unfortunately, there is no private parking and you have be lucky to find a space on the street somewhere near the hotel. However, it's the same for all the B&B's and hotels in the area |

The owners were very hospitable and the location was excellent, very close to the centre of Keswick. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious, I will definitely stay there again. I stayed in February and parking nearby was a bit of a hassle, but there are plenty of spaces in Keswick 5 mins walk away |

Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, environmentally conscious, clean and well presented rooms. The only minor criticism I would have to say is that the bathroom was very cold and could have had more heating. |

Such a lovely place to stay - spotlessly clean and cosy. Great breakfast. Friendly owners. Would have liked a bath and a bigger, firmer bed, but other rooms do have baths apparently. |

Possibly the best B & B I have ever stayed in! The staff could not do enough for us--helping us with restaurant referrals, discount tickets, and advice on our daily plans. Wonderful food, gorgeous rooms that were very modern but still retaining old English charm. I think they deserve the very highest rating. Parking is a problem, but that applies to the town, not the hotel. |
