Att receptionen hjälpte till att söka uppgifter på internet Hiss saknas - bodde första natten på 5 trappor, fick sen byta till 1. Urdålig frukost, kalla ägg, bacon som kalla skosulor, sur mjölk en morgon. |

Läget - nära till tunnelbana, buss, shopping. Tillgång till dator. Hjälpsam personal. Rummet låg bra till, mot innergård, lugnt och tyst på natten. Frukosten blev man mätt på, både varm och kall mat. Jag och min dotter tyckte verkligen om detta hotell men saknade en liten fåtölj att sitta och läsa i. Saknade nattlampa på den ena sänghalvan. |

Mycket bra läge, snabb acess till tunnelbana, trevlig genuin engelsk karaktär. Bra närhet till restauranger och närköp, Litet och prisvärt! |

Mycket centralt placerat hotell. Det luktade målarfärg, verkade som hotellet höll på att renoveras på lite olika ställen. Rummet var litet. |

I did not stay at the hotel, but the person for whom I made the booking commen ted that, while it was not luxurious, the room was adequate for an overnight stay; staff were very friendly and helpful; and breakfast was good. His room was quite noisy and the breakfast room was crowded. However, he said he would recommend we use the hotel again for similar purpose. |

The location was excellent. The hotel looked tired inside, carpets and decor needed cleaning and /or replaced. Breakfast area was very cramped, looking out onto a filthy alleyway. Shower pressure was poor within the ensuite, however room was clean. I wouldn't rush to book this hotel again, as local enquiries proved that I could get a higher standard of accommodation for the price I paid for a two night stay. Not impressed, I should have maybe complained at the time! |

Location, location, location! Smack in the centre of London, right next to Oxford Street and at two minutes' walking distance from Marble Arch tube station. Excellent value for money if you are looking for a basic, clean hotel in the centre of town. |

Convenient for access to my activities in London.Value for money.Good breakfast. Rather noisy at night.Single bedroom only just adequate,needs updating and decorating. |

Very nice welcome. Staff polite and accommodating. Room an adequate size for two. Bathroom facilities good. The breakfast room was a little cramped for room. There is no lift so some people may have difficulty getting to their room up all the stairs. Did think it was slightly overpriced. Double bed a little hard! |

Conveniently located, easy access to the Underground and sightseeing in central London. Staff were friendly and courteous; breakfast was ample and good. My room was small (no larger than the shared bath!) but adequate and a good value for the price. The room was a bit stuffy, as it faced on the street and I had to keep the window closed because of the noise. As there was no air conditioning, it would have been a problem if my visit had been during the summer. |

The decor in my room was wonderful. It was lovely to stay in a quirky hotel that had kept most of its orignial featues. Lots of tea and coffee in the room, plasma tv on wall. The bed was made of memory foam so was really comfortable.The receptionist was very nice and ordered me food as take out both nights.Very good location. The reception on the tv was not good. I was on the forth floor and there was no lift but it maintained the originality of the hotel so I didn't mind. The water pressure wasn't good and the shower took 15 mins to get hot and dribbled out. Despite these things I liked the hotel. |

The location was excellent and the service was awsome! For the room with no bathroom, there wasn't really enough bathrooms for sharing, but haveing a sink in the bedroom was very helpful. |

The fact that it was central to amenities, clean, tidy and extremely good value for money. Some may find the absence of a lift in what is an old town house a problem. |
