Tranquil atmosphere.. cosy, lovely family run inn. Nice clean room, and we had a great night sleep; didn't hear a sound.
Could not fault we had a lovely stay.
Clean Friendly Helpful Home from home Excellent breakfast and dinner
Evening dinners were excellent, cosy feel to the place.
Double bed horrible. (Bunk-beds fine)
Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful location, friendly owners, I would stay again.
Very, very small second room - no good if your children have expectations of space! Not many options for eating out in this village.
Really friendly and helpful staff Great food; breakfast and dinner Cosy welcoming atmosphere Fantastic location
Decor a bit tatty
Everything was just perfect, the location, food and cleanliness of the hotel .
Food was excellant, room was comfortable, location was excellant.
comfortable room good food comfy bed very clean staff freindly
It was a nice homely hotel in a beautiful and quiet location.
Can't think of anything!
Great location and views Great food at the pub, breakfast was good but lacking in size for me,
We were asked to not pay for the castle as we are technically residents while staying at the B&B and were met by a fiery dragon at the castle after our look round and explained what we were told by the B&B owner.
Owners were very nice and helpful
musty smell in bedroom, needed updating of decor
Ideal centre for visiting Snowdon, The LLyn peninsular, Caernarvon and the North Wales coast. A lovely breakfast to start the day and a very nice meal in the evening topped off with a nightcap in the cosy bar. Very quite but this suites us. Good parking. I should think there are good walks in the area, the hotel is situated in an a.o.n.b and a Castle is quite close.
Can drive pass Hotel very easily not well signed posted.
Nice friendly staff, nice food
Great owners, friendly staff, lovely food in the restaurant (locally sourced), quaint bar, great location, room to park out front, comfy beds. Will come again! Would not hesitate to recommend :)
The only small downside for me personally was that the wifi didn't extend to our room (we were at the back) but it wasn't really too much trouble to use it in the bar and front room!
I liked the friendly proprietors and polite staff. Ideal location as there were plenty of activities/sights to see/visit. Food was good with a good selection on the menu.
My only criticism would be the decor was a little tired. But for the amount of time spent in the room it didn't really matter!
Friendly and polite staff. Flexible with breakfast and evening meal times.
Nothing as we only stayed the one night.
The Fact dogs were welcome. Good full English breakfast. Good evening meal in the bar where the dog was allowed to be with us.
Great location. Unique family run hotel with warm welcome and good service. Excellent cooked breakfast and super evening meal. Quirky decor in bar area. Comfortable bed which was nice.
Room probably about ready for a re-decoration.
The room was a beautiful four poster bedroom with lovely views. The food was very good. The owners were friendly and welcoming.
There was nothing to dislike.
Menu could be improved
Friendly helpful owners with a relaxed approach to guests.Excellent chef with efficient and attentive waitress service.
Very nice family hotel. We felt worm and cozy. The family room, that we ordered was comfortable. At the morning we have got exellent breakfast. I would like to mention especialiy the worm service, we received in hotel.
Family suite suited our party very well. Children liked the bunk bed. Good to have tv's in rooms. Location great.
Decor in rooms would benefit from a lick of paint. Smelled a bit damp too.
Lovely setting, very friendly staff and so away from it all
Property slightlu in need of updating as far as decor goes
