In the heart of Didsbury, this Victorian villa has a gym, a spa treatment room, and boutique-style rooms. Didsbury House is 550 yards from East Didsbury Station.

Score from 904 reviews Excellent
Easy free parking, elegant beautiful rooms. My room had a roll top bath in the actual bedroom. Good quality breakfast.
Some noise very early morning with departing guests (banging doors etc.)
Excellent location, quirky layout and friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable spacious bedrooms with extra touches. Hotel a short stroll from Didsbury village has easy access to city centre and motorways. Would definitely retun to this hotel
Breakfast! Rather disappointing for a 4 star hotel. No fresh fruit or yogurt. Coffee served in cup had to ask for refill and also if toast was available. Hot breakfast was well cooked but overall not value for money.
Shower was a good size. Tastefully decorated but finish not up to boutique hotel standard
The staff did not make any eye contact looked bored and barely greeted us which is unusual since the hotel setting is so intimate. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower and a broken toilet roll holder. The king size bed was two beds joined together not the most comfortable.
Staff and the whole place well done
Comfortable beds with good pillows and mattress toppers nice rooms tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk is a nice touch
11 am checkout is too early no Wash Cloths
We had an eclectic room which I expected to be much bigger than it was
the Price. £144 per person per night for a not particularly luxurious doubleroom, breakfast not included is just not right. No bathrobe, no privacy in the bathroom, no wash towels ---
Featured decoration, small but beautiful garden.
The bedroom is bit small, the light is too dark for working and lack of chairs in the room.
Great breakfast Lovely ambience with Classic FM on in the background everywhere and pre-set in room - I wouldn't have thought to tune to this on arrival but loved it! Helpful and friendly staff Really quirky imaginative design features everywhere that worked well.
Having to pay extra for WiFi in this day and age! In a place of this calibre it should be free
IT WAS NOT FAR FROM RESTAURANTS TO EAT AT NIGHT BREAKFAST EXPENSIVE SO ATE ELSE WHERE
Loved the comfortable lounge, breakfast room, outdoor area & our room easily accessible on the ground floor! Also delicious sandwiches & customer service.
Clear shower screen in bedroom. Prefer more privacy.
Lovely welcome and room warm and cosy with tasteful decor
Breakfast should be included in overnight stay price. Had a very less than average eggs benedict, eggs hard boiled virtually quite poor for £15 butter was given to us rock hard from fridge (un spreadable ) details that matter in what is a lovely little boutique Hotel!
Decor, Shower, Lounge.
No air conditioning and it was very warm inside. Disappointing Fish & Chips. Very nice but staff thin on ground so had to wait a few times.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Relaxed atmosphere. Delicious (but pricey) breakfast.
No face flannels
Everything! We stayed for one night before an early flight from manchester airport m we usually stay at Bewleys but it was too expensive on this occasion so we decided to treat ourselves to a Didsbury night out Staff were really welcoming when we arrived and showed us to our room, which was beautifully presented and comfortable. The bathroom had temple spa products and everything has been provided for a relaxing stay. We had a drink in the garden before going out for dinner. We will return!
the room was quite hot for me and we couldn't get it as cool with the air conditioning as I would have liked but otherwise a great stay
Although our stay was very short, the room was comfortable, stylish and the building and setting beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful too.
Comfortable pretty room with good shower
The chicken burger was disappointing
Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are good but I've stayed in the same or better for better value
general level of friendliness and helpfulness, comfy bed and nice bed linen - but then Premier Inn has comfy beds and is a lot cheaper
poor attention to detail: not enough towels in the room, one bottle of complimentary water not two, grubby door handles, no shower hat in the bathroom. The window to our 'quiet' room on the ground floor overlooked the car park. It might as well have been in a Premier Inn
We spent one night at Eleven Didsbury Park on our way to the Lakes and we enjoyed it! The hotel is very comfortable and very clean in addition to being lovely and cozy.
Just a word of caution: there is no elevator in case you need it or have large sized luggage.
Comfortable bed Helpful staff Lovely house and garden Wifi in room
The hotel does not have air-conditioning at all, although it claimed to have it on this website. The room is tiny and very hot, even though the weather outside was cool. The helpful staff brought a fan which helped to move the hot air around.
The bed linen and towels. Location. The staff. The lounge area was lovely.
The actual room. It was very small and stupidly hot! Because it was so hot I couldn't sleep, the staff tried to help here by bringing a fan and would have changed rooms if there was another one available they would have. It wasn't very clean either, not in general cleaning as that was good so this isn't an issue with cleaning staff but carpets need replacing for example. If this was 50 pounds a night I wouldn't complain as would expect to have issues such as this. I love staying in original places and love quirky but needs to be comfortable and practical as well. This sadly wasn't the place for me. I'm very easy going so it's unusual for me to complain but feel I have to be honest!
friendly, helpful staff, very good food especially the irish breakfast, nice relaxing atmosphere
Friendly, well furnished luxury rooms. very comfortable beds and pillows
expensive breakfast but it was good
