Very clean, very quiet & friendly, close enough to walk to where you wanted or needed to go too, & breakfast was really good. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable bedroom and breakfast served to the room

The breakfast basket was very well done a good idea.

I was not able to contact anyone on the phone. Number just kept saying it was Vodafone and the number had changed.

Close proximity to town. Continental Breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Room was ample size and very clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Owners very friendly

We were greeted with a smile and very polite, We were given a tour of rooms before picking our own, which was excellent The in room continental breakfast was excellent.

After a friendly welcome we were shown to our room which was large , immaculately clean, tastefully decorated & comfortable .The location was good , just a short walk into the center of Whitby. Enjoyed eating breakfast in the room at our leisure, plenty of choice in our breakfast hamper which was delivered to the door each morning .Ample tea/coffee in the room & the option to have the room serviced daily if required . On the whole we had a great visit & would defiantly stay here again.

loved it, it was clean, the room was beautifully decorated, breakfast in the basket was a wonderfull treat and it is only a 5 min walk down to the town centre. Would recommend and will book to stay there again in the near future..

The room was lovely and spacious and the continental breakfast delivered to your room was a pleasant change from the usual 'full english'

Wonderful welcome from linda and ged. Great room, and breakfast served in a basket in the morning quirky and novel. Close enough to town centre to walk in around 10 mins.

Friendly owners who weren't too in your face, fab large room, ingenious breakfast baskets!

Breakfast hamper, they leave you to it dont hassle you and rooms were very spacious.

Friendly and welcoming, left to own and Linda & Ged were available if needed.

We had walking difficulties to start with, so location out of the town centre required a bit of planning.

Great house with great rooms, close to Whitby's center less the 10min walk. Friendly staff we checked in at 4.30pm no problems just emailed and told them what time we were arriving. Room was really nice, very good beds a good night sleep. The breakfast was very good and nice thats its left outside your door to take in when your ready. Will stay again

Loved the room and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave it! The owners were lovely and very welcoming. The place itself is just a short walk into the centre of whitby making it an ideal location to head out and about without having to take the car!

Staff were friendly but not intrusive. Lovely, clean rooms. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Good location. Faultless.

Large, warm and comfortable room. Very good and well presented continental breakfast, delivered to the room. Well located, minutes away from Whitby attractions.

Good location on edge of old Whitby. Clean accomodation - large room. Good base for 2 days in the area - North Yorkshire Moors. Whitby is a nice little seaside port town and surrounding countryside to check out.

Smallish but functional ensuite - typical of this style guest houses.

It was lovely to be able to lay in bed and watch TV and not to have to worry about going downstairs for breakfast as it was deliverd in a basket which was brilliant. Had a lovely stay Thanks

I liked the room which was clean and well decorated. I liked the breakfast basket allowing me to have breakfast in the room. The welcome was friendly.

I would have liked my bedding changed when I had my room serviced

Ged and Linda the owners were most welcoming and were available if you required them but left you to your own devices. The breakfast hamper was a very welcome change - served to the bedroom by 8.30 and there was plenty of choice.
