Good breakfast included. Husband and wife who take care off the hotel are very nice.

Room was very warm but we opened the window and shut off the radiators.

It was really cold at my room and could not turn up the heating. The breakfast room was also extremely cold.

Friendly staff (very obliging), recent redecoration of the property.

Only minor points - wall clock needed new battery, back of one of the beds had broken (didn't really affect comfort), curtains could have done with being a bit heavier to block out daylight.

Its bqsicially a pair of houses so front room ground floor allows ohers to look in if blinds are open and there iw a bit of noise as oher guests and traffic go by -but this was not a major issue - But I would have preferred an upstairs room overlooking hte garden Essentially a business hotel so expect early breakfast .and limited hanging space

It was clean, easy to find and the breakfast was lovely.

For the price, I would have liked more and better toiletries in the room

Staff were excellent, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was of a high standard. Free WiFi was appreciated.

Minor criticism which applies to the room we had was that there was no plug socket near the table that had the tea/coffee making facilities, so had to plug the kettle in on the floor near the bathroom entrance

We stayed at Elizabeth House as it is close to Ascot racecourse, we found it clean,comfortable and good value for money.Its greatest asset however are the staff who without exception were both helpful and efficient and actually appeared to enjoy their work .

we were allowed to arrive early as we needed to change for a funeral and the staff were helpful.Room clean and comfortable and the breakfast good but slightly early.

breakfast 7.15-8.30 was too early when on holiday .9.30 would have been better

A little gem with excellent and couteous service not always found in the larger chains. very good value for money. I would highly recommend them and will stay there next time I am working in the area.

All the staff where extremely friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay, the rooms where exceptionally clean and tidy with very comfortable beds.

The only thing that was lacking in this hotel really was a lounge of some description to give you a space to relax that wasn't your room.

I am very pleased I chose this hotel.Everything about my stay was very comfortable.Loved the bathroom.I had a light neutral bedroom a double for sole occupancy,well decorated.This was a weekend stay of two nights during a heatwave and fortunately the windows were opening!
