Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel  

The staff created a cheerful atmosphere and were very helpful.

As "oldies" we found that some of the background music was too loud and modern for our tastes.

It was ok

We didnt like the fact that the room had not been dusted properly and on the saturday afternoon that we arrived there was breakfast trays along the corridor to our room,there was two wedding parties staying the night and didnt we know it in the early hours of the morning

very nice and worth the money you pay...i will love to visit again...

Comfortable bed, with a good location to venture out to the countryside having spent the week in a world of concrete. Rain shower was great and would love one at home.

The Breakfasts. The accessibility to pleasant countryside. The mostly friendly staff.

Being Christmas week, the restauraunt was not open until the last evening. The bar menu was not hot on vegetables. Indeed there were not any at all. There was no hot water in my room in the morning until the last day.

Convenient for visiting family. Large car park. Some quiet rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.

Pleasant rooms, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly too.

I did not like this hotel at all. Basin in bathroom not working properly. No toilet paper at all! (Empty roll on holder and no other spare roll) Poor quality of food in the restaurant. Bad approach to customer at desk. I was told that the price of my room has already been taken so all the extras I had to pay for them. Of course I have paid for them (restaurant for ex.) But as the result of this poor psychological approach, I decided to have breakfast elswhere. It would have been much better to say something along the line like "Just to let you know the price of your room has already been charged. So you do not have to worry about that. I won't stay again in this hotel or in any Best Western.

Good, reasonably priced food and decent ale in the bar. Room was very large and very comfortable.

Not the best location if you're looking for views.

at the time of booking i had thought the hotel was all on one floor,and as my partner is disabled,i should have informed someone of the problem, when we relised that the room was on the second floor with no lift i went back to the receptionist and they could not have been more helpful in putting us in another ground floor room, the staff at the hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful they were the ones that made our stay a goos one
