There are doors located between the rooms to which both parties can here one another. This is good as I could not concentrate on my work. very disappointed.
Ales were not good
Room was clean, tea coffee facilities TV and Wi-Fi. Excellent breakfast , handy for the area we wanted to visit.
Too much furniture in the room, quite dark as window very small. I was going to book a superior garden room but was really glad I didn't as there was a wedding taking place and the Marquee was right outside the garden room window , we would not have been able to open the window or sit out on the little allocated terrace .
The seating area around the garden super restaurant and good music and entertainment entertainment on the doorstep very near to shops, railway station and airport.
For the two nights we were there everything was good no dislikes at all.
Warm welcome here and room impeccable. Good bedding and peaceful so I slept well. 5mins from airport so easy for my morning flight. Moldy Fig restaurant at Concorde next door good quality and value. Highly recommend.
Everything was good: room, service, standards, staff, location
Nothing to complain about at all
Beds a little small and uncomfortable but on the whole fine
The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

Good location for Southampton and Southampton airport
Hotel needs an update and some maintenance
Friendly staff. Room comfortable. Peaceful location although on the outskirts of Eastleigh.
Room ok, a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was excellent. We arrived fairly late, and wanted to eat dinner. We had to wait a while for a table as the restaurant was busy, but they seated us eventually and the food was good
Good location Free parking Clean room Fabulous breakfast and great food at the Moldy Fig in the evenings
Air conditioning was not working on hottest days in July - waiting for parts Hair dryer was broken and not replaced in the 3 days we were there despite reporting it on the first afternoon and no spare apparently available! Bed not overly comfortable which meant did not sleep well Drinks very overpriced in the bar at the Moldy Fig
Restaurant ,food was excellent with the bonus of jazz on the Sunday evening.
Room was small and gloomy. Towel was placed under dirty and dripping air condition unit.
The staff were particularly helpful. The room was quiet. The food was generous and well-cooked. The setting was pleasant.
As my wife is disabled, the trip from hotel to dining room and back was done by car. Not too convenient. The room though adequate was rather small.
Bit too far from town
We arrived mid morning after an all night crossing from France. The on duty Receptionist was extremely helpful organising an early check into one of the two rooms book, which enabled us to freshen up before heading off to see friends in the New Forest. Breakfast was excellent with a fresh cooked to order full English breakfast included in the Room Rate we booked. All in all, we found the staff extremely helpful, the rooms very comfortable, breakfast of a high quality in extremely pleasant surroundings and all for just afew Pounds more than staying in one of the larger Chains which we had done on our way to France. We would certainly stay here again.
Loved this hotel was very big room and very comfortable for me and my son. Room service was nice too.
Excellent Location, very helpful staff, good clean rooms, very peaceful surroundings, excellent breakfast
Evening meals could have been improved, and one evening we paid for a meal & show in the Concorde Lounge. Very disappointed that the meals were (despite the increased price) exactly the same as the hotel / bar, and on our occaision quite poor quality
room was a bit tight
TV picture & sound kept freezing
Reception staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Nice biscuits and good coffee facilities. Nice meal served in the Concord Restaurant.
Having to walk to a different location to have dinner. Had to make sure I was back before dark as I was on my own. Bathroom floor was badly marked and needed replacing. TV very small. No plug socket near bed to charge up my phone. Fire Exit door was wide open, which was right next to my room door, when I left to have dinner. I closed it as I felt it was a security issue. Nobody manning reception at 5.45am when front door was unlocked and anyone could have walked into the hotel.
Rooms are really nice - breakfast superb!
Some months ago we stayed with you and went down to the bar for an evening drink one Saturday evening. Because of a function in the bar we were directed to the Concorde club. My wife and I are in our 60's - we were smartly dressed but casual - for the bar. On entering the club we noticed that the men were in suits and most of the ladies in long dresses and we felt really uncomfortable. We should have been told on arrival that the bar was out of bounds today because of a function and what the dress code was in the club. We weren't even told by your colleague who directed us to the club! We live in Leeds and visit out daughter once a month who lives in Eastleigh with her husband and our two grandchildren. We only stay one night (Saturday) in a local hotel and return home on Sunday afternoon having spent most of our time with our daughter. We are not going to travel to Southampton with a suit and long dress just so we feel comfortable in the Concorde club! We have visited you on a couple of occasions since but now stay in our room in the evening and watch TV and read. That's the only reservation we have.
Nothing to dislike
Friendly, efficient staff, clean well equipped rooms and the biggest breakfast you have ever seen.
At 76 and 74 we do not wish to go to sleep after midnight and when the bass drum and music have finished. We had a long way to drive the next morning. We were not offered an alternative room just " I am sorry" the next morning. When we checked in the receptionist knew but merely told us that the wedding group was quite small. The noise was not quite small!! Evan Ozanne
