Friendly atmosphere, enjoyed a meal and watched a Michael Buble tribute act which was great value at the adjoining Concorde Club.

We stayed for one night whilst attending a party. The room was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding which was expected as when we mentioned where we were staying the locals advised that the breakfast would be good and we weren't disappointed. We will be staying again!

Nice friendly run hotel that could not do enough for us. Having the club next door allowed us to eat and enjoy the entertainment on the night and breakfast (Included in the price) was excellent. The location was easy to find and quiet at night allowing a good nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. It is 2 minutes from Southampton Airport

Moldy Fig Bar, Friendly Staff, Lovely Garden, Wi-fi that actually works!, lots of parking

In some of the rooms, you can hear the rooms next door or above flushing the loo etc. Not a major problem though as I only heard this on the last trip (I have stayed with you 3 times before and it wasn't a problem then which is what makes me think it is room specific).

Entry into the Concorde club when staying there. Also very good breakfast.

The Mouldy Fig being closed because of the Foney Fest event but it must be difficult to co-ordinate such a big event.

Location was as expected not too far from Southampton. It was better than some premier inn accommodation that we have used for similar overnight stays before in other parts of country.

The hotel & staff were really lovely. There was a lot going on during our stay which was great. I had requested a quiet room and that is exactly what I got which was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was perfect, service not great but the food was very good.

Very disappointed with the dinner & service in the Moldy fish wine bar, lets the hotel down in my view. The live music was great & very nice atmosphere but there was so little food I was still hungry after my meal, which is never good, that was a great shame.

Hotel was above average for area with good bed and bathroom.

Restaurant which served me a disgusting meal of fish and chips in which the fish was old and just a mush inside the batter. Ugh!

The staff were lovely and the service was great. The food at the restaurant was amazing and highly recommended. Perfect evening with beautiful music.

The convienence of staying over night when sailing from Southampton and the very nice restaurant, also staff where friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellant good choices and the Mouldy Fig restaurant was lovely. Rooms spacous and very comfortable with everything you needed.

We have stayed here many times and feel at home at Ellington Lodge. We love the restaurant and the breakfast in the Moldy Fig is always very enjoyable and relaxed. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

My Husband & I stayed for 2 nights at Ellington lodge over the spring bank holiday 4&5th may13 we had a lovely time the staff are so helpful & friendly.the beds were amazingly comfortable tea & coffee in the room.the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked & piping hot the one & only waitress she copes so well even when everyone can in at the same time she is brilliant.the fact of having the concord club right on site was brilliant we had a lovely meal in there on the Saturday night & there was a fab band on the room was packed as there was some party's on at the same time but again the staff was amazing and food was excellent & on time we had a lovely night that we weren't expecting as we didn't know about the club.the hotel is very central for Southampton Bournemouth & the new forest we visited them all.what can I say we had a fab time

Nothing really my only gripe is when you get of the m27 you can see the sign post for concord club & it would be helpful to have Ellington lodge name underneath

Having to work on a Bank Holiday Monday !

The grounds were very attractive and location close to motorway is handy. The fact it is dog friendly although they charged £15 for one night for the dog.

The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom door would not close. The staff in the restuarant were not knowledgeable about the food or wine on the menu. The restuarant has no atmosphere, just a huge room with a very loud band.

Excellent! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well-decorated and comfortable room. Very good food in pleasant surroundings. Good location - near to city, but in quiet area with garden view.

Right location for me, pleasant attentive staff, decent hotel.
