Food & beverage

All meals are made from locally sourced, home produced and, where possible organic, ingredients. Evening meals are available by arrangement only at the time of booking. Please phone to make sure meals will be available on the days you are staying.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 08:30.
Dinner is served from 18:30 until 19:00.

Room information

All rooms are spacious and have en suite facilities.

One of the twin rooms offered has been designed to meet the needs of disabled travellers. The access from the car park to the ground floor room is on the level and the wheel/walk in shower is ideal for those with limited mobility. All of the ground floor doors are wider than average to allow easy negotiation by wheelchair.

The other twin and both luxurious four-poster rooms are generously proportioned, with shower and bath available in the en suite bathrooms.

Travel information

By Car:
- Take the A1.
- Join the A684 into Bedale.
- Continue on the A684 from Bedale towards Leyburn.
- Pass through the villages of Crakehall and Patrick Brompton.
- At the first crossroads after Patrick Brompton, turn right for Richmond.
- Elmfield House is then exactly 1.5 miles further along on the right-hand side.
